The Harbourview Hotel - Visitors will be escorted to our cask warehouse, where our master blender will detail the process of aging and maturing Irish whiskey. Guests will discover how we finish our whiskeys in small casks and how we transport the casks to the harbour to apply a distinctive Carnlough finish to our product.
