Best food in Sri Lanka - Susanthi is a really nice, kind person. It was a good, memorable experience to talk with her. In our 2 weeks stay in Sri Lanka we ate the best food here. She is lovely, and professional. Thank you for the course.

Best cooking class! - We had the best time with Susanthi! Would highly recommend this cooking class! We were tuk tuk’d to the local fish market and chose our fish to cook and then put vegetables for curries. The kitchen was beautiful, hands on and lots of fun! Best Sri Lankan food we had the whole trip! Can’t wait to recreate (or attempt to ! ) back home :)

The best cooking class we ever had! - The cooking class was the best I’ve ever had! We went by Tuk Tuk to the fish market and also bought some vegetables and fruits. Everything was explained very good and every question was answerd:) After we cooked 5 different currys with the vegetables and the tuna we choose. On request we could even make Coconut Sambol by ourselves:) The food tasted amazing! The people were absolute lovely! Would recommend this experience everyone!

Whole hearted sri lankan curry-fest - What an amazing experience! We visited the local fish and vegetable market first, which made everything feel authentic and fresh. Back in the kitchen, we learned how to prepare the most incredible curries from scratch. The host has her heart in the right place and tells the most amazing stories, making the whole experience warm, personal, and inspiring. — easily the best we’ve ever tasted. The class was fun, hands-on, and full of flavor. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sri Lanka! Ps: We hope you liked the belgian chocolat we gave you after we where finished 👍

Absolutly - Absolutely wonderful seafood restaurant! The food tastes fantastic and you can really feel that it is a lovely family-run place. From the soup to the salads and the fish dishes, everything was fresh and delicious. If you are near Galle Fort or Unawatuna, you should definitely come here. I can truly recommend it with full confidence!

Lovely host and food. - We had a great experience at sea waves cooking class. Susanthi was lovely, unfortunately myself and my partner were unwell the day before our cooking class but she was happy change to another day no problem. The class was fun and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this class!

Great Cooking Class and Unawatuma - Great cooking class in open kitchen. A local family reveals their secret recipes. We went to the market and could choose what we wanted to cook. All our wishes were taken into consideration and it all worked great. The kitchen is very nice and has a great view. You get some explanations about the spices and ingredients. Everything is also shown and explained to you at the market. In the end you have several super delicious dishes that you then eat together. Great experience definitely pays off ! The family is super nice and accommodating !

Very authentic - A great experience ran by a lovely lady. Worth doing if you’re in the area. She took us to the local markets and we were able to choose what we wanted to cook with.
