A very beautiful boat trip - We were neatly picked up on time at our accommodation by the guide and taken to the boat after picking up two other couples. We were only with 6 men and we found that wonderfully quiet. Everyone could see and photograph everything well. The guide was very skilled and funny and we had a very nice tour. Also delicious fruit and coffee/tea/chocolate on board.

Well organized... - Very well organized, fun, and the fact that there are few of us on the boat is much better compared to the large boats! The captain was very good and friendly

Very good experience - We had the pleasure of being guided by Siyabonga during this magnificent experience. The very limited number of participants is a real asset. Siyabonga allowed us to get as close as possible to the animals while ensuring we never disturbed them. We were able to take all the time necessary to observe them, while he answered each of our questions with attention and helped us discover the richness as well as the diversity of the park. It was a real pleasure to have this experience by his side. We recommend him without hesitation!

Wonderful Experience - Our guide had a great eye and was able to spot crocodiles and lizards from a far distance. He also had a vast knowledge of hippos, and we learned so much from him. It was a wonderful and informative experience!

cruising st lucia - my wife and i enjoyed a guided boat tour in st lucia. it was an amazing experience and the guide was preofessional and well informed.

Excellent wildlife tours for both adults and children - We were a family group of 6 adults and 3 children. All of us did the hippo and croc boat tour, the day safari and night safari and 5 adults and 1 child the early morning bird walk. All the groups were small and the guides very knowledgeable and helpful. Pick up for all 4 tours from the guest house.

Make sure you get a friendly tour guide! - This outing started out a bit abrupt from the first guy who fetch us from our lodge was not friendly and seemed annoyed from the get go. We got to the boat after a not so great drive around town to collect everyone else, just from the way the driver was driving you could tell to by it he did not feel like doing the trip at all. We arrived at the boat, my kids couldn't even sit together only 3 by the way, I asked to move 1 chair and was told no due to weight capacity he wasn't even willing to try make a plan. So I requested to swop boats as this company had a second boat going out at the same time. I am VERY thankful that we did as I was not looking forward to 2 hours with a tour guide that clearly did not want to be there. An attitude like he was doing the guests a favour by being there. The second boat we had a great tour guide. THANK YOU to Cia that made the trip great, he had a much better personality, you could see he enjoys his job which makes the entire experience better and more enjoyable! The only reason there aren't 5 stars to this experience is due to the abrupt start . A friendly smile and personality make a huge difference in the experience that the guest has paid for.

Never picked up - I didn’t realize they were picking me up. They never called. We waited 45 minutes. The host where I was staying called them (I couldn’t figure out how to call S Africa on my US iPhone). They told me to come back tomorrow. I was flying back to the States “tomorrow”, told them that wasn’t possible. I’m still waiting for a refund/response.
