Cultural insights and a visit to the Genghis Khan monument - My daughter and I took this half-day tour as a way to learn more about Mongolian history without spending the whole day in a car and it was exactly what we were looking for. The itinerary was well paced and we saw many animals and beautiful countryside on the way. We appreciated the drive to the equestrian statue wasn’t too long or tiring. Our guide shared meaningful insights into Mongolian culture, traditions, and the significance of Genghis Khan’s legacy. We especially appreciated our tour guides almost perfect English and insight into modern day living in Mongolia. The statue itself was impressive with panoramic views at the top. We had time to explore the small museum, and enjoyed the surroundings without feeling rushed. We’d recommend going earlier in the morning if possible, as it was noticeably quieter, and more comfortable before the crowd started to arrive. Be aware if you want to go to the top of the horse’s head there are a significant amount of stairs. Khantushig was a great guide and can’t recommend him enough.

What is best in life - Small group tour- only myself and one other tourist- and guide Khantushig gave great insights into both the History of Chinggis Khan and life as a Mongolian. Fascinating and awe-inspiring complex that serves as a great little break from the urban sprawl of UB.

Tuya - best guide ever! - Tuya was an excellent guide! She has an encyclopedic knowledge of Mongolia and was extremely attentive to the group’s needs. Not only would I take a tour guided by her again and again, but I wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation. Tuya is the best!!!

Fantastic tour! - I had a really wonderful experience on this tour - I got lucky and the other people signed up for the tour did not show up, so it turned into a private tour. My guide was extremely knowledgeable and allowed me to extend the tour beyond the Summer Express. I would highly recommend this tour company!

モンゴルの歴史に触れる偉大なツアーを体験しました / I had a great experience of learning about Mongolian history. - とても素晴らしいツアーでした！
行き先はチンギス・ハーン像と複合施設（博物館）のみのプランでした。
タクシーを手配して行くこともできましたが、やはり現地のガイドさんからいろいろ教えてもらった方が楽しいと思いRara Avisさんを予約しましたが大正解でした！
ガイドのTuyaさんは英語が堪能で、日本語でのコミュニケーションも取れ、何よりモンゴルの歴史にとても精通していました。（モンゴルの歴史・文化についての説明は英語）
Tuyaさんのおかげで、楽しくモンゴルの歴史や文化に触れることができました！
行き帰りの道中は、モンゴルについての興味深い事柄を英語や日本語で色々と会話できたことも非常に楽しかったです！
ガイドさんと別にドライバーさんもいて、車は10人乗りのハイエースでした。
非常に快適なツアーでした！
またモンゴルに行く際は、Rara Avisさんの別のツアーをお願いしたいです。
It was a wonderful tour!
The destination was only the Genghis Khan statue and the complex.
We could have arranged a taxi to go there, but we thought it would be more fun to have a local guide teach us about various things, so we booked Rara Avis, and it was a great decision!
Our guide, Tuya, was fluent in English, could communicate in Japanese, and was very knowledgeable about Mongolian history.
Thanks to Tuya, we were able to enjoy learning about Mongolian history and culture!
On the way there and back, it was also very fun to be able to talk about various interesting things about Mongolia in English and Japanese!
There was a driver in addition to the guide, and the car was a 10-seater TOYOTA HiAce.
It was a very comfortable tour!
If I go to Mongolia again, I would like to book another tour with Rara Avis.

Genghis Khan and Aryapala Tour - CJ was a very good tour guide providing a lot of information for the tour, facts, and also answering other questions to the best of his abilities. The walk up to Aryapala was a bit challenging but CJ was very patient with me catching up. He also provided some good local restaurants to check out for later. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend having CJ as a tour guide. Thanks again for everything!

Insightful Tour - Since the huge Ghengis Khan statue is about an hour away from the city and public transportation to the statue appears nonexistent, I decided to book this tour, and I'm glad I did.
Bat, my tour guide, was very knowledgeable about his history and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I also liked that he wasn't pushy about buying souvenirs as some guides can be since they get a commission - Bat wasn't like that at all.
I would recommend this tour to friends and family.

A Memorable Journey: History, Adventure, and Missed Opportunities - I really enjoyed the destination: the statue, the other historical remnants, and the beautiful rural scenery surrounding the area. The tour also offered us the unique opportunity to ride camels and hold eagles on our right arm. I noticed that a Ger experience was available nearby; with more advance planning and a longer stay, I would have loved to try staying in a Ger as well. Please note: the elevator was not working during my visit, and the stairs are somewhat narrow, which can make it challenging when there is a lot of foot traffic.
