Day 1: Khustai National Park
Khustai National Park - The journey begins with a visit to Gandan Monastery, the largest and most renowned monastery in Mongolia. Then, travel to Khustai National Park to observe the Mongolian wild horses, known as Przewalski horses, which were successfully reintroduced to their native habitat in 1993.
Additionally, head southwest along the Tuul River and explore its lush riverine forest meadows. Upon arrival at the park, the first stop will be the Park Museum and Conference Hall. Following this, there will be an opportunity to discover the Takhi, the Asian wild horse. If fortunate, sightings of wolves, argali sheep, and deer may also occur.
