After gathering in Ulaanbaatar, the journey will head 95 km (60 miles) west to the Hustai Nuruu National Park. This remarkable location is home to the Asian wild horse, reintroduced from Holland as part of an international initiative. Witness the Takhi, the Asian wild horse, and enjoy a leisurely hike while capturing the stunning landscape and wildlife through photography. Overnight accommodation will be at a tourist camp, where a traditional Mongolian dinner will be served.
Travel to Terelj National Park (160 km). Discover the unique rock and stone formations, some resembling turtles. The tour will then proceed to the Chinggis Khan Statue Complex. Standing at 40 m tall, it holds the Guinness World Record as the tallest equestrian statue globally. Visitors can explore the museum, browse the souvenir shop, and try on traditional costumes to pose as a Mongolian Queen. An elevator ride to the horse’s head offers a closer view of Chinggis Khaan.
