Genghis Khan Statue Complex - As Mongolia’s most iconic landmark and one of the globe’s largest equestrian statues, the 131-foot-tall (40-meter-tall) Genghis Khan Statue Complex (Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex) dominates the landscape. Visitors can take an elevator ride inside the horse and explore the museum to learn about the Mongols.
Gorkhi-Terelj National Park - Terelj National Park is located 75 km away. On the journey, visitors can explore Ovoo, a stone pile dedicated to the god of nature and the blue sky. The park offers beautiful granite rocky hills, a visit to a protected area, Turtle Rock exploration, soft trekking on the green meadow, hiking in the hills, exploring green valleys, and horse trekking in the surroundings.
Aryabal Meditation Temple - This center is beautifully situated on a mountainside and accessed by crossing a small wooden bridge known as “the Bridge that Leads Beyond Wisdom.” The main temple is devoted to Kalachakra philosophy (Wheel of Time) and showcases a Kalachakra mandala, a Shambhala thangka, and a gallery of 220 Buddhist philosophy paintings by artist Bayantsagaan.

Ugii Lake - The journey to Ugii Lake covers approximately 450 km. After breakfast, the departure includes a scenic drive through the Mongolian countryside. Kharkhorin - Kharkhorum city, known as Karakorum, was the capital of the Great Mongolian Empire in the thirteenth century. It is situated on the right bank of the Orkhon River, 360 km southwest of Ulaanbaatar, the current capital of Mongolia. In 1380, Karakorum was destroyed, but about two centuries later, the yurt of Avtai Khan, founder of the Erdene Zuu Monastery, emerged on the same site. Kharkorin city is rich in sightseeing and historical significance.
Elsen Tasarkhai - Elsen Tasarkhai is part of the Mongol Els sand dunes, stretching 80 km long and 5 km wide across Burd, Bulgan, and Gurvanbulag soums of Uvurkhangai province. It is located 280 km west of Ulaanbaatar and 80 km east of Karakorum, the ancient Mongolian capital. The area is surrounded by sand dunes, hills with rare bushes, and a small forest near a river, offering a unique blend of Mongolian mountains, forests, and Gobi-type landscape in one location. Visitors have the opportunity to hike around the sand dunes.
Journey to Ulaanbaatar
Ulaanbaatar - After breakfast, enjoy a camel ride at the sand dunes. Then, the journey continues toward Ulaanbaatar, with a scenic drive through the Mongolian countryside. Along the way, there are stops for lunch and relaxation, with opportunities to experience natural landscapes and the local nomadic lifestyle. The drive offers beautiful views of the open steppe, grazing livestock, and traditional ger settlements.
