Terelj National Park and Visit to Chinggis Khaan Statue
Genghis Khan Statue Complex - Enjoy a tour of the Chinggis Khaan Statue, the largest equestrian statue in the world, standing 40 meters tall. This stainless steel monument is symbolically oriented eastward towards his birthplace, located on the banks of the Tuul River at Tsonjin Boldog.
Gorkhi-Terelj National Park - Travel to Terelj National Park to take in the breathtaking scenery. Discover the renowned Turtle Rock and the remarkable rock formations while horseback riding.
Aryabal Meditation Temple - Originally constructed in 1810, this Buddhist temple was destroyed during the 1938 religious purge but was restored in 2004 as a meditation temple. Visitors can hike to the top of the temple to enjoy the stunning natural views.
Hustai National Park, Tuv Province, Central Mongolia
Hustai National Park - Journey to the west of Ulaanbaatar. Hustai National Park is abundant with wildlife and historical sites. The Ungut monuments are notable for their numerous man-like figures, sepulchers, and rectangular tombs dating back to the 6th-8th centuries AD. The day’s highlight is the Takhi, or Przewalski horses, the only true wild horses that were once nearly extinct in the wild.
Ugii Lake and Horse Riding
Ugii Lake - After breakfast, travel to Ugii Lake. Visitors can enjoy a boat tour and horseback riding while visiting the lake.
Erdenezuu Monastery/Ancient City “Kharkhorin”
Kharkhorin - Once the capital of the Great Mongolian Empire in the 13th century, Kharkhorin now lies in ruins, holding the secrets of Chinggis Khan beneath its name, “black soil.” Visit the Kharkhorin museum to view artifacts collected from the ruins.
Semi-Gobi, Elsen Tasarkhai
Elsen Tasarkhai - After breakfast, travel to the semi-desert. Visit a local nomadic family and ride two-humped camels. Participate in their daily activities. In the evening, prepare a traditional Mongolian barbecue under the family’s guidance. This authentic experience will be an unforgettable highlight of the tour.

We’ll visit Harhorin, or Karakorum, as the ancient capital city of the Mongol Empire was called during the 13th -14th centuries and Terelj national park which includes Aryabal meditation temple, a turtle-shaped rock and the largest equestrian statue in the world. One more highlight of the trip is Przewalski horses /Takhi in Mongolian/ in Hustai National Park. Przewalski horses are the only wild horses to survive in modern times. Another highlight of this trip is that you will spend 4 nights in our well-selected Mongolian Ger Camps and 1 night in a luxury camp which will definitely impress you more!
