Our visit to Chittorgarh Fort with Mr. Kailash was a memorable experience. - Our trip to Chittorgarh Fort with Mr. Kailash was a great experience. The fort was massive, with grand gates, ancient temples, and stunning views. It wasn’t very crowded, which made it easy to explore at our own pace. Mr. Kailash was not just a skilled driver but also a wonderful guide. He shared the history of the fort in a way that brought it to life and also told us about daily life in Udaipur, which made the journey even more interesting. The Vijay Stambh and Padmini’s Palace were highlights. If you’re in Rajasthan, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Comfortable car, excellent guide, and all in all a great day out. - We were picked up on time and had a relaxing drive up to Chittorgarh where we met by our guide Ms Beena. We usually try to avoid using tour guides, but in this case, being so unfamiliar with the site and the local history, we thought it would make sense and so it proved. Ms Beena provided us with a tour that matched our desired pace, and took around 3 hours she told us the age and story behind each of the major features and gave us a pretty good (and sometimes humerous) overview of the fort and it's history). After that, a leisurely drive back to town. All in all a very pleasant experience and I thoroughly recommend Udaipur Tour.

Great service for customizable tours! - Chittorgarh is a two hour drive from Udaipur, and I wanted a reliable vehicle with a good driver. Luckily, Udaipur Tour and Taxi provided me with a great package deal for a tour with an SUV. While it can comfortably fit four passengers, having it to my self was a great luxury. The one day expedition was a great success! I was so happy with my experience that I hired the same driver through this company for the next day's itinerary to take to the Sas Bahu Temples, Bahubali Hill, the Monsoon Palace, the City Palace, etc. My driver, Shahrukh, was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me good recommendations for cafes, restaurants. I am happy to recommend him and the company to anybody who needs customized tours.

Great Experience and Family Friendly - Great experience with this booking! We enjoyed a lot. They are family friendly and helpful. Tour guide was respectful and very knowledgeable. My parents were extremely comfortable even with language barrier. I would definitely recommend their service if you are planning to visit any Rajasthani palace.

A wonderful and educational tour of Chittor - My wife and I learned a lot about the very impressive history of Mewar and Chittorgarh during this full day tour. Providing you have a great guide and a very safe driver - which we did, thank you Harish and Kailash! - as well as decent weather, this would be a great experience for most, if not all tourists.

Wonderful all day trip to Chittorgarh organized by Udaipur Tours that my wife and I enjoyed thoroughly! - The company (Bittu) kept in touch us ahead of the trip and upgraded the vehicle to an SUV based on our request the day before the trip. The driver, Kailash, notified us of his arrival at the hotel and was there on time. Kailash is very friendly and provided us excellent background information on Udaipur, about rural life in Rajasthan where he grew up, his company, and his family. He also gave us quite a bit of information on Chittorgarh and worked seamlessly with Harish, our guide who was with us in Chittorgarh. Harish, like Kailash, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable about Chittorgarh fort and its history, speaks English fluently, and took our pictures at great spots. (A lot of my friends have already commented on the high quality of the pictures.) Kailash took us to the restaurant rated #1 on Trip Advisor (Barbarik), where we had a very good Special Rajasthani thali. The facilities at Barbaric are very good. Kailash drove us back to Udaipur safely. He is an excellent driver, who knows how to navigate the endless line of trucks that always seemed to be in the fast lane! Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this all day tour with Udaipur Tours. Thank you, Bittu, Kailash, and Harish!

Not a good journey - Given the impressive reviews for Bittu’s transport operation, we were very surprised and disappointed by our journey from Udaipur to Chittorgarh. Bittu, who operates the business, has always been exceptionally professional in our experience and may be surprised by our review. We wonder whether our driver was a regular for Bittu. Our driver blew his horn incessantly. (With fifteen years experience of holidaying in India, we are used to horn blowing, but this was excessive,) When the horn blowing was occasionally ineffective, he drew down his window to criticise the other driver - at least I determined this by the look on the other driver’s face. Our driver drove dangerously at times by shooting in and out between giant lorries - after tooting them. On one occasion he gave an extremely long blast of his horn to a scooter carrying two women, ordering them to get out of his way and to go onto the verge of the road. Both my husband and I found his driving stressful and dangerous. On the positive side, he knew the way to Chittorgarh well and how to reach the fort. At the fort, he stopped six times and let us out to explore areas of the magnificent fort complex, the largest in India. We appreciated this. The seatbelts in the back seat could not be fastened because there were only the straps and no locking devices. Given the way he was driving, we would have appreciated operational seat belts. The air conditioning in the back seat was ineffective and came solely from the front dash board.
