Many exciting discoveries await in this program, such as: visiting the local market and interacting with local vendors, purchasing ingredients for cooking (spices, vegetables, meat, etc.). Additionally, we’ll also tour the rice fields, where we’ll explain the Balinese way of rice cultivation and the unique irrigation system known as ‘subak’. Lastly, we’ll cook at a Balinese local house in a family style setup, providing you with a truly authentic Balinese experience.
