Arrivals
The Airport Coordinator will contact the passenger a few hours before the flight to confirm the meeting point. After the flight lands, the coordinator will be at the designated meeting point in the arrivals area, holding a name card for easy identification. The waiting time is 60 minutes.
The passenger meets the coordinator and is escorted to the driver and waiting vehicle. The passenger is then transported to their booked destination.

Departures
The Airport Coordinator will reach out to the passenger a few hours before the scheduled pick-up to confirm the meeting point. Once the driver arrives, they will connect with the passenger, with a waiting time of 20 minutes. The passenger is then taken to their booked airport and terminal. The airport waiting time is 60 minutes, while the waiting time for other locations is 20 minutes.
