Instruction was great. I made more progress in an hour then I had in weeks of trying to figure out my roll hanging on the side of the pool. Jeff broke the process down into steps based on where I was at in the learning process. It was clear this wasn't a "cookie cutter" approach to learning, but rather the breakdown was tailored to what I needed that day in the pool. Can't wait to build I what I learned.

Good 1:1 time with multiple instructors. Balance of repetition and learning by doing.
