Step 1 – Booking Confirmation
After completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all transport details, including the departure time and meeting point at Sun Moon Lake.

Step 2 – Meet at the Pickup Location
On the day of departure, ensure you arrive at the specified pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Present your booking confirmation to the guide or driver for check-in.

Step 3 – Departure from Sun Moon Lake
Once all passengers are present, the vehicle will leave Sun Moon Lake and commence the journey to Taipei. Relax and enjoy the comfortable ride.

Step 4 – Arrival in Taipei
The bus will drop passengers off at the designated spot near Taipei Main Station, providing easy access to MRT, trains, or further city exploration.

• If the minimum number of participants for this tour is not met, a cancellation notice may be issued.
• The total duration includes transportation time between each stop.
• Please look for the guide in a yellow uniform.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. To respect all participants, the tour will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.
• Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded, and changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
• If rain is expected, it is recommended to bring your own umbrella or raincoat just in case.
• The tour may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
• Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. According to the Taiwan law, children under the age of four are required to use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if you need one, and we will prepare it for you (An additional charge of TWD 300 may apply for each child seat).

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
