Pacuare River - Enjoy a 2-day overnight river rafting experience. Upon arrival at the river, your guide will explain the tour details and what to anticipate. Get ready for an exhilarating river run! Over the next 2 hours, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and thrilling rapids. Upon reaching the camp, all your belongings will be ready for you. Experience luxurious camping in the heart of the jungle! A delightful meal will be served by candlelight. After dinner, relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the Pacuare River below. Retire to private bungalows and enjoy the jungle’s symphony.

Puerto Viejo - Day 2: Start your day with a traditional Costa Rican breakfast featuring eggs, gallo pinto, banana pancakes, and fresh fruit. Don’t miss the coffee, served with a smile! After breakfast, head back to the river for more excitement. The river’s best awaits you! Prepare for class III and IV rapids and getting soaked. At the take-out point, our private driver will be ready to return you safely to your hotel, hopefully in one piece! :)

Puerto Viejo - Next, journey to the beach at Puerto Viejo where you can unwind on the sand, snorkel, and visit the Jaguar Rescue Center. Later, enjoy the nightlife and the vibrant atmosphere of the beach. Spend a day or two in the quaint town of Puerto Viejo, relishing the serene beaches, snorkeling, or roadside shopping. Numerous restaurants and bars offer relaxation and scenic views.

Puerto Viejo - At Puerto Viejo Beach, relax on the sand, snorkel, and visit the Jaguar Rescue Center. Later, soak in the nightlife and the lively beach ambiance. Return to San Jose to catch your flight home.

Your private driver will meet you at the airport or your hotel and escort you to your first destination. He describes the culture and the country and shares little known facts on the way. An example of just one of our tours: You arrive to the river where your guide meets you to go over safety rules and make sure you are comfortable and ready for your experience. You start your adventure down the class III and IV rapids with an experienced guide who demonstrates his skills navigating down the river. Hold on, smile and enjoy!! You will stop midway on the river shore for a unique lunch Pacuare river style! After lunch you continue down the river where you meet indigenous families and see native wildlife. Look for turtles, birds and sloths! At the end of the tour we meet up with our driver to take us back to the hotel. Pura Vida!! Well Done!!
