Aquiares coffee tour - This was a great tour thanks to our guide Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and took us on a short walk which included some of the local town history, the coffee plantation, some of the wildlife, locals and the coffee processing plant itself. His dry humour and his passion for the coffee harvesting kept us fully engaged throughout - well worth a visit.

Aquiares, coffee cultivation with social and ecological commitment. - Aquiares is a beautiful place. Thank you for the extremely informative and interesting tour. We had a lot of fun. Andrew introduced us to the company and coffee growing and brewing with great enthusiasm. It is impressive with what social and environmental responsibility this company produces coffee.

Excellent and entertaining tour. Great fun and would highly recommend. - Informative and entertaining tour of this coffee plantation and community. Andrew was an excellent guide - and we have had a lot of guides in our eight weeks of travel - and this was a highlight.

The best experience with the nicest people - This was such an amazing tour. Our guide Andrew was incredibly nice and so knowledgeable. We learned so much and had a great time doing it. We also tried the best coffee we ever have in our life. Andrew also gave great recommendations for restaurants in Turrialba, and even gave us a recommendation for the best beach in Puerto Viejo (which is where we were going next). Thank you Andrew and Aquiares Coffee for an incredible experience.

The full lowdown on that coffee buzz - This tour was such a great experience! It gave us a unique perspective to coffee farming, processing, and exportation. We have a much better understanding of all the work that goes into our morning cup of coffee. Aquiares is not just a brand - it is a culture and a community. Andrew was a great guide to the history, agronomy, production in the factory and he really connected with each member of the tour. The tasting was delicious and I learned how to brew a better cup of coffee.

Great fun with a great young guide. - Very varied. Church, viewpoints, coffee processing. Quite a steep short walk into the plantation so not for the less mobile.

A great experience with coffee enjoyment - Our guide Andreas was great. He has a great knowledge and was able to tell us a lot about coffee growing. The church visit also became an interesting experience. We can highly recommend the small two-hour tour, especially if you are not good on foot.
