For younger people. - I won’t ruin this business with a 1 star. This was for young people. Very rachet and people couldn’t handle their liquor. It was suppose to be from 1pm to 5pm. We got picked up at 1:45pm and dropped off around 7pm. This threw off all of our plans. It was fun in the beginning, but once the end came we just wanted to be home. It was a miserable time heading back to the hotel. Had one of these clowns on the boat helping us off the boat and pretended he lost his step from the boat moving and copped a feel on my wife.

Amazing & fun experience - They do offer pickup & drop off, which was great. The rum punches were sooo good. We had a very fun group. Once we got to Noah’s Ark, we were able to be there for about 3 hours. We went on a Sunday, so it was veryyyyy lit. It was a very fun experience! Definitely book this!

Great time, miscommunication with pick up - We enjoyed the experience overall. We were disappointed and frustrated with the pick up and drop off. There was a lot of miscommunication and we went to one spot to wait for them meanwhile they went to pick us up at a different location we could’ve met them at because our resort offered a free shuttle there. Then we got dropped off at the wrong spot. Careful not to chat with someone live about transportation because then someone ultimately messages you once you’re booked and the exchanges aren’t communicated to one another. So grateful we didn’t get left, they did come to us in the end. I’d recommend that the company post their what’s app contact information on the booking. Otherwise, the crew was friendly and it was nice to have a central spot to return to during Noah’s ark.

looking for a Sunday Funday Vibe…This isn’t it - This isn’t your typical upscale beach club; it’s more of a no-frills, local hangout that might feel out of place for visitors seeking a more refined or relaxed setting.
We took the boat the “Island Queen” •
The atmosphere on board felt chaotic and unregulated. When two workers got into an altercation, it made the environment feel unsafe and poorly managed.”

Super unorganized - Super unorganized, not a good choice if you have plans. When booking it says 1-4. Our meetup time was 1:15 which we were in time for but then we waited until 2 pm for people that were late and then had to make another 3 stops so we didn’t actually get to Noah’s ark until 2:45 pm. When we arrived they told us to be back on the boat for 4:45pm because we were leaving at 5. However, because the boat was OVERLOADED with people who don’t seem to listen, know time or just to drunk we didn’t leave until 6pm and got back to our stops at 7pm. I had dinner reservations at 7 and missed it. On top of that the staff is very young and don’t seem to care, they just want a turn up vibe. I spent 6 hours on a boat but only 2 hours at Noah’s ark. I would suggest if you’re going with a group of 6 or more just book a private boat tour for your group where you can control the time. If it’s a couple I would suggest taking the ferry instead.

MAJOR safety concern - MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN
First, I wrote a few times asking whether the activity can be postponed over warnings we received from the hotel and government about Erin Storm, yet it was maintained.
The description says “You’ll start by cruising around the beautiful Grace Bay beach” — but there was no cruising. The boat was moving at high speed in and out of the beach to pick people up, in extremely rough waters.
The listing also mentions enjoying the view from the second deck. In reality, there were no places to sit. Both upstairs and downstairs were overloaded with people, many of whom were simply trying to hold on to dear life as the boat jumped on high waves.
Instead of “amazing rum punch and awesome island music”, what we got was cheap, extremely loud commercial music.
More importantly, the crew was very young and only spoke to us to rush people on and off the boat because of the rough sea. No safety rules were explained, no one had a life jacket on, tickets were not checked, and passengers were not counted. The boat was overloaded on what was clearly a dangerous sea day, and alcohol was flowing freely.
On the return, many passengers were visibly anxious as the boat could not get close enough to the beach to drop people off.
Maybe people get lucky on calm water days, but yesterday’s experience was a major safety concern and felt reckless.
