Perfect Private Tour - So happy that we chose the private tour - it was perfect and done at our pace. We weren’t staying at a hotel and needed a pick up from a condo which was no problem at all to arrange.
Our tour guide/driver Heriberto was fantastic. He picked us up at 7am and got us to Tulum before the crowds. Heriberto gave us a guided tour telling us the history of Tulum and about the Mayan culture. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and got some great pictures.
Taak Bi Ha cenote was our next stop and all I can say is Wow! The underground cave was amazing with so many areas to explore. We were provided snorkel gear and flashlights and given as much time as we wanted to explore. We lucked out that there weren’t many people there so we didn’t feel crowded.
Then off to the Xunann Ha (Jaguar) cenote. A quiet place where you can jump straight in or take the easy way (ladder). An enjoyable place to swim and hang out. It was a bit overcast and cool so we didn’t stay as long as we would have if it had been hot and sunny.
An overall fantastic day done at your own speed which is exactly wanted when booking a private tour. Would recommend and will do another private tour when we come back.

Memorable - This experience was incredible! Our guide was so knowledgeable and attentive. We had the opportunity to visit the ruins and the cenotes feeling very safe and comfortable, at the best time of day, and to have some free time to explore.

Fantastic private tour with Heriberto - Heriberto was a fantastic and experienced guide. He was very informative and showed so much enthusiasm for our tour and the history behind it. He was very calm and tolerant of our noisy children and gave us as much time as we needed during our cenotes tour. We arrived early at Tulum which was a big advantage before the crowds. Fully recommended!

Must do!! thanks to you guys - Irving was an amazing guide and we had so much fun! He also explained the story behind the Mayas and the Cenotes very well and it was very interesting. If you book a trip with him it will guarantee you a very fun day.

Excellent Choice for a Private Tour - The company is super professional and very easy to work with. Our guide was Irving and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, made us feel comfortable from the start, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend both the company and the guide.

Beautiful informative day - We really enjoyed this trip, very informative and the cenotes are not to be missed! We met so many American tourists who just stay in the resorts and don't see anything, please get out and experience Mexico!

Unforgettable experience! - We had the best day yesterday with Irving. He was very knowledgeable about the ruins and allowed us time on our own at the end. The cave Cenote was magical and a once in a lifetime experience. Having never snorkelled before, Irving was very patient with me and helped me so much so I could enjoy the experience to the fullest!
Would highly recommend this tour. He even took photos and underwater videos for us, so we can always remember the trip! Thank you

Wonderful day with Irving. - Irving was a terrufic guide:. all of the program was perfectly organized so our day was smooth with plenty of time for each activity. He shared a wide knowlege of history and culture. The cenote was fanrastic. We were very pleased.
