Be sure to request Alex on this one! - AMAZING! Alex Rodrigo was the perfect guide. He exceeded all expectations. He was kind, informative and responsive to our requests. I think it's worth it to get the private tour for the ruins. You learn all these incredible facts. I would strongly recommend the Pet Cemetery Cenote, it's further off the beaten path and fewer crowds. The lunch was the best food we ate on all trip. I can't imagine a better experience. HIGH recommend.

Best tour ever! Worth every penny. - We were a group of 12 extended family members from ages 11-70. Every age enjoyed the tour. Alejandro and Antonio were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. Alejandro was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about Tulum and Cenotes. The ride from our resort in Cancun to Tulum went by quickly because he taught us a lot about the history. We opted to start with a 7am pickup instead of the recommended 6am time and I can see why they suggest to start early. While it worked great for us, I wouldn’t have wanted to be any later. We mostly stayed in front of the crowds and had very few people at the Cenote, which was nice. The humidity in Tulum was super high and we were really hot at 9am. By 10am, when we were leaving Tulum, we were all dripping with sweat and so excited to jump in the cenote. The Tulum tour was wonderful. The scenery was beautiful and Alejandro taught a lot about the history. The cenote was so refreshing! 11 of the 12 people in our group jumped off the platform into the water, which was really fun. They gave us all lifejackets with snorkel gear and a few waterproof flashlights. It was so amazing to see the formations under the water. We all loved it. After spending as much time as we wanted in the Cenote we changed into dry clothes and went to lunch. The restaurant was cute and local and delicious! The people were very friendly. We lucked out because it started to rain when we left the cenote. Driving back to our resort it rained really hard. The timing for everything was perfect. When booking this tour, we were considering renting a car and doing it on our own. I am SO happy we didn’t go that route. It would have been stressful and hard to navigate. Thank you Alejandro and Antonio for an amazing experience! We would recommend them to anyone looking to create memories with their family in Cancun.

- If you want to get a taste of Mexican history on your trip, but don’t have as much time, this is the trip for you! We learned so much on our tour of the Tulum ruins! Alex is so knowledgeable and an amazing guide. He goes over the top in every way! The cenotes are an experience not to be missed. Do not skip the ziplining and diving. What an adventure! We were so thankful that Julio drove us safely everywhere and made sure everything was protected and taken care of. This team is the absolute best!

Great tour and awesome lunch - Our guide Arturo took us to Tulum. One of the prettiest Mayan ruins I have seen. The we went swimming in a lagoon and snorkeling in a cenote. The little kids had a great time as did the adults. Lunch at La Barracuda was delicious.

Outstanding tour with knowledgeable guides - perfect for all ages! - We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guides Rodri and Cris. Our group included a 6-year-old and grandmother, and both guides went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt included and had an amazing time. Cris was incredibly knowledgeable about Maya history and culture, while also being an expert on cenotes and their geological origins. The combination of cultural insights and natural history made the tour both educational and fascinating. Our visit to Pet Cemetery was truly breathtaking - an unforgettable experience that we’ll treasure forever. I highly recommend this tour company and we’re already planning to book with them again on our next visit to the region. The guides’ expertise, enthusiasm, and ability to cater to different age groups made this one of the highlights of our trip!

Tulum & 1 cenote with Mexican lunch - Our tour guide was Josh and driver was Omar, they picked us up at 7:30 and we’re so friendly from the get go. The van was all air conditioned and nice and clean which was welcomed in the heat. We went to the ruins first stop and Josh shared all his knowledge about the amazing Mayan history. His passion and enthusiasm and pride was evident in his story telling. It was great being there so early at 8 as soon as the park opened as we beat the crowds. From there we had picked Jaguar as our cenote however it begun pouring rain, so Josh suggested another cenote so we can experience the beautiful water out of the rain. taak Bi Ha was where we went and this place was pure magic! Josh let us swim for as long as we liked. From there we went to juanitas for a yummy Mexican lunch and the restaurant was so family friendly, the boys had a great time playing with the local pets and exploring. I can’t recommend this company enough. Private and very friendly.

A highlight of our trip! - This was a highlight of our trip! My husband, myself, and our 3 kids (ages 8, 6, and 4) were picked up promptly by Juan and Rodrigo and got to the ruins as soon as they opened - no crowds! They had booster seats we requested for the kids and a wide selection of drinks. They even happily made a pitstop for us to grab snacks for the kids. We were the only people at the Cenote and there was a great little place to jump off for the kids. Highly recommend! It felt like a super safe and fun experience!

2 private tours with Christina and Rodrigo...wonderful! - We learned so much about the Mayan people and their history with our tours of both the Tulum Ruins and the city of Chichen Itza! Cristina was our guide and her passion, respect and knowledge of the environment, the history and the people of the Yucatan were inspirational. We loved learning about the network of cenotes and their geological and cultural significance as well. We had a lovely snorkeling tour of Taak Bi Ha with a delightful lunch after. Many thanks to Rodrigo, our driver, who made sure we were comfortable thru-out our travels. I would not hesitate to book with this tour company again!

Great excursion. - Alex and Rodrigo took us to Tulum and a cenote, Alex was a great guide with a lot of information about the ruins and the history of the Maya and Mexico. We didn't have to worry about anything Alex got all the wrist bands ready where we didn't have to do any planning just walked straight into our tour sites. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excursion.
