A truly amazing experience - A friend and I booked this private tour only a few days before as an impromptu decision. We didn't want to join "small groups" of usually 16-20 people on other tours, so private seemed like the best choice. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Our guide Uri was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, taking us around the ruins of Tulum. We then went snorkeling at the nearby reefs, where we saw at one point 5 turtles at once, stingrays and many fishes. We then headed straight to a beautiful Cenote, where our guide carefully guided us around the cavern waters explaining how the cenotes became to be formed. The tour ended with a delicious Mexican lunch at a nearby restaurant, where the cheese empanadas were just chef's kiss. We were dropped back at the hotel around 14.30. It was an amazing experience and I would totally do this again. Thank you Uri and Carlos!

Highly recommended! - Great tour! Euri was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Our pickup was scheduled for 7am, but she realized that our hotel did not serve breakfast until 7am, so she proactively contacted us to see if we wanted her to push our pickup by 20 minutes so we could eat before the tour. Highly recommended!

Amazing Tulum & Cenote tour in record time!!! - We only had a short window to explore—arriving in Cozumel by cruise ship and taking a ferry over to Playa Del Carmen—but thanks to Herbert and our amazing driver Moses, we experienced an unforgettable tour that made every moment count. Choosing a private tour was absolutely the right call. As we passed group after group being herded through Tulum like a theme park ride, we felt like we had the FastPass—except with way more heart, insight, and personal attention. Herbert guided us with warmth and deep knowledge, not only of the ruins, but of the culture, the region, and the amazing cenote. On our way to the cenote, we stopped at a beautiful, authentic Mayan restaurant—tucked away and owned Mayans who live the nearby the cenote. The meal was a standout, even for my daughter (our resident foodie), who was thoroughly impressed. The cenote was the perfect escape from the heat—crystal-clear water, surreal underwater caverns, and a guided snorkel tour led by Herbert himself. It was peaceful, stunning, and something we’ll never forget. Despite our tight schedule—including a ferry from Playa del Carmen back to Cozumel—Herbert and Moses kept us moving at a relaxed but efficient pace. We never felt rushed, and yet we saw more than we imagined possible. It truly felt like a behind-the-scenes look at Tulum and its hidden gems. Don’t waste your day squeezed into a giant bus, staring out the window, waiting for everyone else to catch up. A private tour is the only way to go—and we can’t recommend Herbert and Moses highly enough.

10/10 - My family and I took this tour and it was incredible. The Tulum Ruins were good, but they were even better when Uri told us about their significance. Cenote Taak-bi-ha was beautiful as we snorkeled through the cave.
