A day to remember - We went back and forth on wether to book this trip, and oh my am I so glad we booked it!
Family of 4, 9 and 6 year old children for context. We loved every minute. Our guide Tomas, photographer Stephanie and our driver (apologies, I can't remember his name) were all fantastic! Tomas' knowledge of Tulum was phenomenal and he made it so that our children could engage with the historical backstory along the way.
We were lucky enough to see 5 turtles (don't bother taking your own snorkeling equipment, theirs is great) and Tomas even towed our 6 year old around - she can swim great but got nervous in the deeper water. This meant we all got to enjoy the experience.
Finally, big shout out to Steph who captured the day, meaning our whole holiday album has some family photos with me in them that aren't selfies!

Wonderful history and scenery - My family of 11 (8 adults, a 2 month old, 1 year old and 3 year old) went on this tour. It was perfect for us. Because of our large size and small children it was important that we felt safe. We booked it at our hotel (Hilton Cancun, All Inclusive), so the shuttle picked us up from there. Our guide, Mimi, was fantastic! She was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were thankful for the information/history she gave. It was nice to see an archeological site and to swim in an underground cave! My daughter sat out at the "pool" with her infant, but could see us the entire time. My grandsons, (1 and 3 years old), were able to swim with us, which was a pleasant surprise as I thought they might've been too young. These 2 sites gave us a good sample of Mexican history and scenery.

Ask for Marité & Franco – They Made This Trip Incredible - We had an absolutely incredible experience with Ocean Tours—easily one of the highlights of our entire trip to Cancun.
Our guide, Marité, was outstanding. She brought so much energy, knowledge, and genuine passion to the day, and you could tell she truly cares about making sure everyone has an unforgettable experience. She made everything feel effortless, explained everything clearly, and created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere the entire time.
Our driver, Franco, was just as amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe and taken care of from start to finish. The whole day ran smoothly thanks to him, and we never had to worry about a single detail.
The experience itself was unreal—beautiful locations, perfectly organized, and truly something you can’t replicate on your own. What really stood out, though, was the level of personal attention and care from Marité and Franco. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, having fun, and fully enjoying every moment.
If you’re considering booking a tour in Cancun, don’t think twice—this is a MUST DO. Ask for Marité and Franco if you can. They made this a 10/10 experience and a memory we’ll be talking about for a long time.

Alma and Alina - What a trip! Exploring the architectural ruins of tulum was incredibly beautiful and our tour guide was highly knowledgeable. The overwhelming experience in the cenote was just magical. Alma, our tour guide had such enthusiasm and made the whole trip worth every penny! Thank you @almita_guide Alina took incredible photographs that we were very lucky to be able to purchase at the end of the trip. Raul has been nice and charismatic, explaining everything great. - Raul was an excellent guide, our little 6 year old was delighted.
