Aqua Wonder output - Beautiful northern and Belgian outings, good group and very good agreement: we swam in the lagoon, tested the scrub with sand. Then we went to the open cenote. Great ride. Marion accompanied us on this trip and made us taste different tortillas whose names we forgot but I remembered the name of the meat: Pastor. Mexican Free Agency: do not hesitate when you arrive in Playa del Carmen. The agency is just after the Checkpoint: address to remember!!!

Excellent day - Great excursion with beautiful scenery, enough to keep great memories and beautiful photos. The lagoon is beautiful, we had a great time with paty the guide and maiween. The day continued with a small open-air cenote lost in the middle of the jungle, where we could enjoy a swim and see beautiful birds. To close this day we were able to eat with a typical snack around the cenote. Accompanying team on top with lots of beautiful intentions.

Nature and paradise - Very nice discovery of this protected environment, paradise for photos and very quiet when arriving first. Marion our guide is top and very attentive. And she made us discover a great open cenote afterwards! The organization was "excellent" thank you!

On top! - A superb day with lagoon, cenote in a paradisiacal setting. The local meal was delicious too. Perfect organization. We will happily return to this agency when we return to Mexico. A special thank you to our guide Marion for his dynamism, his good humor and his listening.

Catastrophic Excursion - We are extremely disappointed with Del Mundo Tours. The agency changes the dates of the excursions as they see fit, without consulting us or notifying us sufficiently in advance. Despite our clear messages to explain that we could not participate on another date, they persisted in changing the activity regardless of our situation. We had already booked and made an excursion with them before, but the service this time is very disappointing. Prices are exorbitant for the quality offered, especially compared to other local providers. Instead, we recommend using Get Your Guide, which offers a more reliable, transparent and organized service. We will no longer use Del Mundo Tours and do not recommend this agency. The places where they offer to go are the corazon cenote of tulum and the lagoon Sian kaann go there on your own it is very easy to access more you will pay only 15€ / person instead of 86€ do not thank me 🙂
