Many failures - The pick-up scheduled at 7am at the time of booking was changed to 8:20am. Ome asked to be at the meeting place 10 minutes before. Not seeing the bus arrive I sent 2 WhatsApp messages without reply. I tried to make a phone call, we hung up on the first ring. A message has finally arrived, "stay where you are" without more. The bus is arrived at 8:40. Then he kept picking up, I realized that 3 d of us had to be picked up at the same time! At the exit of the city stop and change buses with sorting between 4 buses, still no information, we are picked up and sorted like cattle without knowing what is happening and who and who, no introduction. We finally leave but 5 minutes later we stop at a service station because 3 ladies have to pee and it lasts 10 minutes. 2 of these ladies have great difficulty walking and will slow down all day, never these people should have been accepted in this tour which requires a minimum of physical condition. We're coming to Tulum. 3/4 hour to organize, ticket, pee,...and there is one hour left for the visit. We are not even accompanied at the foot of the main temple, the guide having to take care of the ladies on a secondary route. Being the only one who asked for an English guide, I was treated to a short summary of what was told in Spanish. We returned to the rendezvous point by ourselves. We leave for the cerote and the restaurant of very poor quality. Then the Coba site visited without guide, in a tricycle in 1/2 hour. We did not do 2 hours of Maya site visits in the day, so I did 12000kms for that!!! Plus I spent over 120 us dollars.

The beginning of the trip... - The beginning of the trip was chaos. We were left standing in a hot parking lot for an hour with no explanation. Everything was poorly communicated and there were many incidental costs that weren’t disclosed, (life jackets required for the Cenote etc). We ultimately had a good time but definitely more organization and commendation would have been very helpful
