Very disappointing - Our guide Eloy was very punctual. We were the only ones on the trip that spoke English so he had to repeat everything twice, which took longer but he was very informative. We were told we would see the bees and taste their honey in Tulum which was something I was looking forward to and that never happened, which was disappointing. On the site we were told we would get a box breakfast on the bus and it was only because I asked about it and someone didn’t show up that we got this. We were told we would get 2 waters, sodas, or beer onboard that also didn’t happen so they gave us a token to get a free soda at the buffet. Then we were supposed to go to cenote kuxtal that definitely wasn’t where we went. We drove down a gravel back road for at least 15 minutes to a cenote that was not very nice. There was no handrail and my husband slipped and fell and got bruised up. The pictures of cenote kuxtul we were supposed to go to was beautiful the we went to was one was not very safe. They did a traditional ceremony but it was done only in Spanish so we understood none of it. By the time we went to playa de Carmen it was late so our hour there turned into 45 minutes which was fine because our day was already very long with all the hotel stops we had to make. In the end our 11-12 hour trip took 14 hours!! That was very long. We were the first and the last to get on the bus. This was a very disappointing tour for us.
