Wonderful experience! - This trip was awesome! My family and I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as the architecture but it was definitely worth the trip! How up close and personal you are to everything. The views of the ocean and homes was a breathtaking experience! Our guide Samuel was so friendly and knowledgeable on everything, which made the trip even more special. We visited the Mayan ruins, Cenote, tequila tasting, and an awesome lunch! I highly recommend this trip!

Educational and fun! - Thomas was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide and we learned a ton about the Mayan culture and Cenotes. Visiting two places is perfect for one day as pick up and drop off takes a while.

Great experience!! - Very fun day with a knowledgeable and passionate tour guide (Angel). Had lots of fun and got to learn some about the Mayan culture and we also saw amazing places. The cenote was absolutely beautiful and we were the only ones there since it was kind of hidden. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend!

Great tour, bring water! - This was a great tour, well-paced. Sandos was a great guide, very knowledgeable. We had just enough free time after the tour in Tulum, and the cenote swim was very refreshing. The only downsides are that the details of the tour on Viator are not exact: there is only one bottle of water included (and with being under the sun on a archaeological tour, bring more!!!) - no beer or soft drinks, and the rental of the life vest at the cenote, though it is only 2 $, is NOT included. Overall a very good experience.

Very nice, but HOT - This was a great tour, although it was very hot day in Tulum. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some good history. Swimming in the cenote was awesome! I will say, this was a longer than expected tour ( I think the description said 7a-1p) so plan to be out from 8a-6p. Overall, it was very good.

Wouldn’t book again…. - When booking, make sure you confirm ahead that they will actually pick you up from your hotel- even if it’s on the list. Ours was, the after booking we were told to meet at a pick up point which was disappointing. We still went because we didn’t have time to book another. The Tulum ruins were a nice sight to see, but we only discussed a couple of the temples. After, we were taken to a tourist spot to shop for items to take home and do tastings, which wasn’t listed on the tour. The we were taken to a completely different cenote than what was listed. Our tour operators were really nice, but the tour itself wasn’t in line with what we had booked. So just be warned you will probably have to also take a cab to and from a meeting spot and may not go to the cenote listed.

Tour company Booked wrong Date - I went through Trip Advisor to book this excursion for September 7th. I received multiple confirmations from the tour operator with a pick up time, and location (hotel lobby). After arriving in Mexico, I reached out to be certain of all the details were correct. The day of the booked excursion, we waited about 20 minutes past the confirmed pick up time. I reached out to the number that previously confirmed my pickup the day prior via WhatsApp. With no response, I had to call the tour operator. They told me they made an error and booked it for September 24th, reasons why still remain unclear considering the previous communication. Unfortunately, they would not accommodate us for the same day considering it was their error. The only consolation given was a refund. This company failed to meet expectations by simply being reliable. Would not recommend.

Tour- No show - Tour guide didn't show up. We waited over an hour and the hotel tried to contact the tour operator but no one answered. We've now booked two tours, first one we canceled, second one was today but tour guide was a no show. Requesting a full refund for today. Very disappointed! Will not use viator ever again
