- There is no guide in Coba, the guide will give a time to meet at the bus, if the customer is not outside of Coba at the time of meeting the bus will leave and no refund will be provided
- The main cenote is the Cenote Tamcach-Ha, depending on the availability the cenote can change during the tour according to the guides decision. No refund is provided if the cenote is changed
- The tour will end at the visit at the Fifth Avenue, the customer will have to return to their hotel in Playa Del Carmen by their own
