Fanta Sea Does Not Disappoint! - We returned to Fanta Sea with Beachside Management in Siesta Key. They are always great to work with and very friendly. Raquel checked us in and helped us book for our return trip next year. The unit is beautiful and a great location. It’s right on the beach and a quick walk to SK Village. No need for a car. You can watch the flag ceremony from your deck every day. I would recommend the property. Ask for Raquel and she’ll answer all of your questions.

This was a life-changing... - This was a life-changing experience for me. J.J. was an amazing guide and taught us so much about Mayan culture and the local ecosystem. The cenote was incredible, like entering another realm. And we saw 5-6 turtles in the ocean! I would do this tour every day of my life if I could.

Unforgettable Cenote & Sea Turtle Adventure - We had such an amazing experience with Adrian, our driver, and JJ, our tour guide! Both were friendly, professional, and made the entire day fun and memorable. The tour was incredible — from exploring the cenote and learning all about the history of how cenotes were formed, to swimming with the beautiful sea turtles and relaxing at the beach club. JJ was so knowledgeable and taught us so much throughout the day. We even saw adorable bats inside the cenote, which was such a unique experience! Swimming with the sea turtles was definitely a highlight, and the food was also really good. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a fun, educational, and unforgettable experience!

Beautiful cenote in the jungle with crystal clear water and cave tunnels. Saw 4 turtles too. Skip the dry tacos! - We had a fantastic experience on this trip in Mexico. The first stop was a cenote hidden in the jungle, and it was honestly the highlight of the day. The cenote itself was absolutely beautiful — crystal clear water, very clean, and refreshingly cold, which is exactly what you’d expect inside a cave. We got to swim through tunnels and explore inside the cave system, which made it feel really unique and adventurous, their were some really small cute bats flying around inside the cenote. After that, we headed to the beach to swim with turtles. We saw around three or four turtles during the experience, which was amazing. The setup is pretty straightforward: you go out on a boat, jump into the water with everyone else, and then slowly swim back toward the shore over a grassy seabed where the turtles feed. The water is shallow probably no deeper than six feet at its deepest point, so it’s suitable for most swimmers. One thing worth mentioning is that the water doesn’t quite look like the promotional photos. It’s not crystal-clear turquoise with coral reefs everywhere like the pictures suggest. It was also fairly crowded. That said, you do genuinely get to see turtles in their natural environment, and it’s still a really enjoyable experience overall. The final stop was a beach club/bar right on the beach, which looked really cool and had a great atmosphere. My only piece of advice: skip the tacos and order the burritos instead. The tacos were unfortunately very dry and pretty bland, several people in our group thought the same. The burritos looked much better. Overall though, it was a memorable day with some genuinely beautiful experiences, especially the cenote and swimming with the turtles.
