Great Tour with Wonderful English Tour Guide - I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We were picked up from hotel only about 5-10 minutes past the scheduled time. I had someone text me the night before informing us of when they would be picking us up from our hotel. We were picked up in a small van which had some other groups inside. From there they took us to a meeting spot where a lot of other small vans were dropping people off at. At the meeting spot they checked us in and got us onto a big tour bus. Once on the road they gave us a small paper bag with an apple, sandwich, and some cookies. The ride to Chichen Itza took about 3 hours. We first got off at the Cenote Il Kil and were given an hour to swim before having to board back on the bus. After Il Kil, we made our way to Chichen Itza close by. They had different tour guides based on the languages we spoke, and we enjoyed our English tour guide- he was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was very hot when we went, and there's barely any shade so I recommend bringing an umbrella and water. After giving us a tour for about 30 minutes, they gave us free time to explore the grounds. After Chichen Itza we went to our buffet lunch which happened to be at Cenote Suytun. Drinks are not apart of the buffet, but available to be purchased. The food served was decent. Cenote Suytun is completely underground and a lot more busy. There's a long line to take a photo at the famous photo spot. Personally, I enjoyed the Cenote Il Kil more. After getting back on the bus we made our way back. The day started around 6:30AM for me and we got back to our hotel around 7pm. I enjoyed the tour overall and would do another tour with this company.

Great tour!!! - With this tour you can check many beautiful places from your list of Mexican must-haves ✔️ A run with very armored times but effective to see so much in a short time, excellent synchronization and organization.

Great sites but "luxurious " maybe a bit overcall but still worth considering - Great locations but not luxurious but adequate All sites were great and highly recommended. They were on time and start early and on time. Our van was small and full but comfortable. They provide breakfast bag which I recommend d bring your own snacks. No bathroom on our van but stop at different locations which has services. All sites seen were great but recommend change of clothes and consider water sandles. Bring swim trunks & towel. The most difficult part is a a lot of time spent on the bus. You leave early 6 am and may return after 9 pm Bring water & snacks Lunch was good but drinks including soda or water not included. Bring ear phone on bus. Sun screen, glasses and water, it's hot! Umbrella may not be a bad idea. Bring peso cash Highly recommended but be prepared Enjoy

Overall worth but be prepared and set your expectations appropriately - Overall a really great tour option. My Wife and I enjoyed each of the stops immensely. Ik Kil, Chichen Itza, Suytun, and a very short stop at Valladolid were all worth the extremely long day. We started by being picked up at 0700 by a smaller van and stopped at two other hotels on the way down to Playa Del Carmen. Once there we hopped on the bus around 0815 (ish) and were on the way with the full group by 0830. The bus already had many of the other guests onboard so seating was already limited. I'm what most would consider "very" tall and my wife is a normal height. This is my only major complaint and PSA for any other tall folks out there. You don't fit on this tour's busses. Sitting up straight with my rear end tucked all the way in the back of my seat my thigh and knees needed about 3-4 more Inches to even get my legs behind the seat in front of me. So there I sat being told that the front seats were reserved for the guides and I had to sit with negative leg room literally forced to stick my legs out in the aisle to even go on the tour. Fortunately we were able to swap for the back 3 seats and endure being next to the bathroom (bleh) but at least in the rear seat I didn't have one in front of me only the aisle and bathroom door. You will spend approximately 7 hours on this bus. You get 1-2 hours at each stop which goes pretty fast but it is sufficient as long as you are paying attention. Yes, it is very annoying when other guests don't and the entire tour is waiting on the stragglers. The "breakfast" is a joke eat before you go and/or bring snacks/meals with you. The buffet lunch was fairly late in the day like 1400 and was decent (the chicken fajitas were the best) the cervezas are 3-4 USD there if you want anymore than the one you get on the bus and the mini shot of tequila later. We also grabbed a drink from the cenote shop on the way back to the bus to make the time go a bit faster on the way back to Playa. I have no idea why folks bring small children to a tour like this but yea we all know the jokes about small children on planes...well on the bus is no better. We couldn't wait to get back to the peace and quiet of our adults only resort ;)

Taking the transport, the ride is amazing - The van was very uncomfortable, bad air conditioning and in the end we had to change the vehicle because there was a problem with the battery.

DO NOT BUY THIS PACKAGE IF YOU ARE IN CANCUN - You will be the first to board the bus (more or less comfortable) around 6:30 am and the last to leave at 11 pm. The departure to Chichen Itza is only at 9am-9.30am, after picking up the participants in Playa del Carmen. Dinner at 4 pm and return (after the last visit) starts at 7.30 pm and runs until 11 pm after dropping off the participants of Playa del Carmen. However, the attractions are worth visiting but with another saw that will not make you spend 18 h on a bus.

Beautiful trip with poor finish - The tour was good.we were picked up on time at the hotel.the first driver was quite sparse.when we approached him he did not answer.but then everything worked out.the time in the cenotes is unfortunately a bit short.at Chichen Itzá we had a good and friendly guide.Of course this is a typical tourist area and literally overlaid with stalls with crime stuff what the sellers there try to bring compulsively among the people.much plunder but also some of good manual work.there actually every collector will find it.Amusing was a short stop at a shop where we could taste free tequila.I also almost bought a bottle, but this should cost the equivalent of 100€.Strong course for a tequila that is not even 100% agave stock. The absolute crowning glory was the drive home.as we were collected early we should also all be dropped off at the hotel.the tour guide has again listed all the hotels in order at which we stopped.ours was the penultimate one at the enumeration.at the third last one the tour guide jumped off with and the bus driver then noticed when driving on the problem that people were still sitting in the bus and stopped at the next intersection and just kicked us out with the statement he is now not driving so far into the city.the last 4km were thus a walk.Naughty it does not get

Rushed trip/not guided - Tour order was changed from description with no notification until we arrived at Chichen itza, dressed in our cenote clothing. We had less than 45 minutes at chichen itza and didn’t get to see everything as we were rushed through and had a 15 min walk to the bus… Toilet on bus had sewer gas coming from it making many people sick and the tour guide did nothing about it and said it basically wasn’t his problem and to deal with it. Had one hour at cenote ik kil but had to change clothing, rent lockers, stand in line for life jackets and then walk down stairs and that left less than 10 minutes to actually enjoy the water. Whole trip was rushed and not explained in English much at all just Spanish. Our guide didn’t guide us at all. Stood at entrance told us a few stories and then said you have to be back on bus in 45 minutes or we will leave you here. Disappointing experience.

DO NOT BOOK! Scam Tour! - CAUTION! This is a SCAM! Omar the Tourguide told us several times to be at the Pick up Location at 8:50 am (they don’t pick you up at your hotel in Tulum like stated at trip advisor). At 7 am, while we were still sleeping, he texted us that we didn’t show up and that there would be no refund. This is organized scam against tourists to receive there money. DO NOT BOOK! We are two German girls and never in our years of traveling has something like this happened to us. Omar doesn’t speak proper English and gets very rude and unprofessional on WhatsApp.
