The tour is accessible to most travelers, including those using foldable manual wheelchairs, provided they have assistance for stairs or uneven surfaces. Please note: motorized wheelchairs or scooters cannot be accommodated due to terrain restrictions.
- Tour can last more than 12 hours (we recommend you to bring some snacks)
- Use Biodegradable Sunscreen, sunglasses and Insect Repellent.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes for a change
- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
- Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote.
