Tasmania Unbridled - We travelled as a family of four, and through our daughter’s (Janeve) exhaustive research, booked this four day adventure which, in retrospect, was the soundest decision taken during our first in Tasmania. Tim, our tour guide, brought on his extensive knowledge of the land, its history, fauna and how it came to be over millions of years of evolution, all delivered with charismatic panache and eloquence. We marvelled at Tasmania’s natural beauty which included Cradle Mountain National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site), the iconic Russell Falls, the fascinating Bay of Fires where fiery orange lichen-covered rocks met the turquoise Tasman Sea, the stunning views at Wineglass Bay and the trek through Freycinet National Park where untarnished white sands and granite peaks exuded the finest nature can offer. Not least to mention rest and slumber in the wilderness could never have been had in such comforting accommodation . At craggy peaks we barbecued under a starlit sky only seen in documentary programs, and slept in luxury cabins, that which lifted our expectations even more. Throughout, we met interesting people and shared backgrounds and likes as much as the treks undertaken. We highly rate this tour as one of the best, if not the, and recommend it to anyone travelling to Tasmania, especially those doing so for the first time. Our gratitude wholeheartedly to Tim who carries forth his faith and passion, and may he do so for as long as. With our kindest regards, from, Clive, Ngaire, Janeve & Dyron (from Gibraltar) 🥰

You really should sign up for this tour. - This tour is perfectly designed to introduce you to, as the title suggests, wild, virtually untamed Tasmania. World Heritage sights. National parks. Challenging hikes for those who were up for them, and easier walks for those who were not, with beautiful vistas for all. Tim, our guide, knows everything. And his enthusiasm is unbridled and contagious. He was with us every step of the way, managing the total experience with all of its challenges expertly. Our van was full, with 13 guests. And every one of them, from age nine to over 70, seemed really pleased to be along for the ride. If you manage to sign up for this tour, you will have no regrets.

Incredible Tasmania - breathtaking views, hikes, wildlife!! - Our family of 5 just finished up this amazing tour. We loved every part. It was well organized and a great mix of hiking and beaches and incredible scenery. Our guide, Tim, was excellent and knowledgeable about all things Tasmania. We learned about botany, history, geology, wildlife, and more. Plenty of stops to get tasty food and stretch our legs before driving to the next gorgeous national park. The small group size (13) made it easy to travel. I highly recommend this tour if you're headed to Tasmania!

Super fun 4 days and a great way to see Tasmania - This was my first solo trip/tour that I’d been on and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Tasmania! The 4 days were packed full of activities and I liked how each day had a bit of a theme e.g. day 3 was focused on beaches, so you knew what to wear and have to hand. The right number of days for a tour, enough to see a variety of sights but not too long. The accom was super nice, especially night 2 where we stayed in cabins with wombats and other animals roaming around freely. Definitely some early starts but this helps avoid the crowds on the walking trails. Speaking of, I’m a city girl and can’t say I’ve spent much time climbing mountains before, but I loved the treks we did. Tim’s a cool guy - he knows everything you’d want to know about Tassie, has some fun stories to keep the journeys interesting, and is always up for a chat. My top tip is to be up for anything when you go; the lake in Tullah is really nice to swim in and I even ended up seeing the Southern Lights late on the final night. This tour is 100% worth the money :)

Adventures with Wild Tasmanian tours - Amazing, well organised itinerary for our specific group needs of adventure. Knowledgeable and friendly tour guides Tim and Trent go above and beyond to provide an experience you won’t forget. Their knowledge about all the wildlife, historical facts about Tasmania its national parks and the locations we visited was priceless. Accommodation chosen for each night has been amazing, comfortable and clean, all providing its own unique attractions. We hiked summits, went exploring for wombats, ate a restaurant with a view, watched the sunrise over the ocean, ate fresh raspberries and so much more. If you ever want to explore true Tasmania then I highly recommend Wild Tasmanian tours. These guys are amazeballs.
