- Giara di Gesturi - Our journey starts at one of the last natural entrances to the Plateau known as “Scalas”. We will explore the untamed trails created by local wildlife. During our hike, we will encounter various seasonal ponds referred to as “paulis” in Sardinian. We will take a short break to savor some local delicacies. The excursion concludes at our starting point.
