We meet all our guest at the airport and take them to their destination using a luxury car/bus. Once you arrive at the airport proceed to desk number 11 in the main terminal where you will be meet with warm smile from our staff. MBJ Airport Transfers - Nick was incredible..Maade.an extra stop so we could get distilled water. No problem....We had changed hotels and we had us there with no problem.

Friendly service - Very quick pickup from Sangster airport to resort in Falmouth. Hanif brought us to resort - he was friendly and told us about the areas we were visiting. Lennox brought us back to airport and was so kind. Both were professional and safe drivers. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Great Service!! - Nick did an excellent job arranging my transport from the airport to the hotel. He was very communicative. Nick checked in during my stay and made sure I was updated about my ride back to the airport.

Amazing value - I just used the privat airport transport service in Jamaica, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! After doing a lot of research, I found this to be the most affordable option—only $30 for both of us round trip, compared to the $30 per person my hotel was charging. Communication was seamless; it was easy to text and coordinate where to meet the driver. Pickup was smooth, and our driver, Hamilton, was an absolute joy! He was friendly, professional, and even made a stop for us at KFC since we wanted to try it (luckily, it was early, so there was no long wait). If you’re visiting Jamaica and need reliable, budget-friendly transportation, I highly recommend this service! Great prices, excellent service, and a wonderful way to start your trip stress-free.

Round trip to airport, nail salon, gift shops and ousane bolts restaurant - Nick was very timely, he picked us up and dropped us off at our requested time. He got us to our destination safely and referred us to the best restaurants and clubs. We will be booking with him again

Good price and overall experience, but here is what you may want to know - Overall experience is good, but here is what you need to know. It is a round-trip transfer. Yet when the reservation was made through viator, there was no way to enter the arrival date, airline and flight#. I texted the customer service to provide this information. Finding the representative at Montego Bay airport may be somewhat tricky. On arrival I was told to find Shaggy at counter#11 before I exit the building of the airport. He wasn't there, but I found him outside by asking reps of other companies.

Either False Advertisement or Overcharging - Upon booking, the system asked for my destination, which was provided, in addition to my return transfer date information. Once in Jamaica, we were told that the price listed on Viator was only for local transportation and we would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $80 to get to our location. I was not given a confirmation for the return transfer, which is TODAY, January 20, 2025 @12:15pm. Hopefully the driver takes my word for it. This is totally unacceptable!!!

Scam. - Company is a fraud. They let you book the transfer for one price and then couple of days prior to the trip contact you to pay more in cash, claiming that the trip will take longer than stated in the reservation. Cars are old. There are definitely better options out there. For those who are traveling to Riu Palace Aquarelle. The trip takes about 35 to 38 minutes. Don't be fooled into paying extra for it.
