Unforgettable experience - We were even picked up at our house outside Tromso. Our guide Jinyar went to great lengths to show us the Northern Lights and drove with us almost as far as Finland. We saw great lights and there were lots of photos taken which were provided to us for free. We had very nice and interesting conversations with Jinyar. For us, the tour will remain an unforgettable experience and we can only recommend it to anyone. Thank you Jinyar!

Hunting for the Northern Lights - I had the best time with the guide, Zein. The weather wasn't looking good for this tour earlier in the day and I had previously booked with another company that canceled my trip. I then rebooked with ALSHEMAL Norway. They tried contacting me about the weather, but I was confused and thought it was the other company that had canceled and still went to the meeting point. No one showed up so I messaged via Viator as it had not been cancelled via this platform or any messages sent. I began walking back to my hotel when I received both a call and message from the tour company apologizing for the confusion and offering to take me out even though the others are on the tour had been told it was canceled. The weather had changed and there was a chance to catch the lights if we left soon. I was so happy and of course, said I would go. Although the skies were cloudy, you could still see the lights showing off behind them. The pictures taken by Zein were great and one of my bucket list dreams have come true thanks to him and his company. I appreciate that this company went above and beyond as I had limited time in Tromso and will never forget the kindness and attention given. I had great conversations with my guide and having explained that I am a cancer survivor living life to the fullest, he understood more why this experience was even more magical at this time in my life. If I am lucky enough to return to Tromso, I will definitely call this company for my next hunt for the Northern Lights. Thanks again, Zein!

An unmissable sight - 100% recommended
Junior picked us up and dropped us off at the door of our accommodation. Small group with 5 people. It took us to remote places where we would never have gone for us and we were lucky enough that that night the auroras were very active and visible. If I ever come back, I'm sure I'll repeat.

Well worth the long evening. - Patience required, need to be prepared for a long night.
We had long since given up hope of capturing the northern lights but thankfully our wonderful tour guide was determined.

Amazing experience to see the Aurora Borealis - Jinyar was a wonderful guide. He picked us up from our accommodation and took us to chase the northern lights through Tromsø and then into Finland. His dedication to showing it to us any how was commendable despite the challenges of bad weather.
He took some amazing pictures of us from a professional camera and also gave us some great poses for that too.
The bonfire was fun too along with a hot drink and local chocolates
Would definitely recommend it again

Jinyar was a great... - Jinyar was a great host/guide and picked us up from our hotel in the north of the island. The ride was first rate - comfy Sprinter sized van w/ spacious accommodation for four in the back.
The Northern Lights were amazing and Jinyar took great photos and helped me get better photos with my camera.
Everything was at our pace and we never felt rushed - stopping for a campfire was fun and we loved the hot chocolate; yum!
Great value! Would do it again!..

Northern Lights - This tour was really well planned, the pickup times were sent beforehand, the pictures turned out really good and the thought behind the activities were well planned too! Would highly recommend, it was also a small group so we had a lot of opportunities to take pictures

Northern lights hunt - We had a fantastic adventure. Jinyar was such a good guide . He made the hunt interesting , fun and personal. The minibus is very comfortable and Jinyar took us to some beautiful spots. He’s knowledgable and very focused on making sure everyone is having a great time . When we went the magnetic activity wasn’t actually great but he still managed to find the aurora and we had a memorable experience. The photos he took were fantastic . I would defiantly recommend.

Chase lights - Don't expect too much was exciting looking for aurora and saw it short time near end of trip will use same company again from pick up to drop off was Over 10 hours

Great for personal experience - If you want a small & personal tour, this company is a great option. The tours only take a maximum of 5 people, and on ours there was only us 2. Vehicle is comfortable and spacious & our guide picked us up on time, and they were easy to contact via Viatour/whatsapp.
In terms of chasing the lights, this is very unpredictable & while the weather conditions weren’t good, our guide still managed to get us in a couple of locations to see some.
