Top - Top boat trip. Beautiful ship, beautiful landscape, friendly crew, Frieda was a top guide with knowledge, skills and humor. Recommended.

Wow - We were blessed with a calm sea, a cloudless sky, and not a puff of wind, but if the weather had been rotten, I'd still give a perfect review, because the crew were so approachable, knowledgeable, and friendliable. The boat was amazing, the sights were outstanding, and the info was enlightening on tromso, and the maritime and fishing history. Frieda, the tour guide was engaging, entertaining and clearly seemed to enjoy her job, which all added to the experience. Saying that, all of the crew were happy to answer questions they've no doubt been asked many times before and did so with enthusiasm. In case it's not clear, I would thoroughly recommend going on this trip

Impressive Arctic Fjord Cruise - Impressive safari in the icy Fjord. The crews are friendly and well demonstrate the Safety instructions, as well as the attractions we stopped. Brim explorer make our tourism know more about local environment and features. Though we really want to step on the glacier and the seal was so far away, this arctic fjord cruise still impress us.

The Best tour through the artic fjords - Taking the tour through the fjords with this company was spectacular. From the moment we arrived the crew was very friendly, especially Hanna and Claire. We saw beautiful landscapes, we ate a delicious typical soup, they took us to a place where they told us a little about the marine life that lives in those places, we were able to see some animals in their habitat. Actually the whole experience is a must do if you go to Tromso. We are very grateful to Claire and Hanna who were excellent guides at all times. It was an experience that exceeded what I expected and one that I would definitely highly recommend!

A novel experience - Tromso is where people go in the hope of seeing the Northern Lights. That was us too but we soon learned that our timing was off and the weather was against us so we went in search of other things to do. We chose this cruise after speaking to some of the local travel guides and given the weather, shopping aside there didn't seem to be a lot more to do. The weather on the day of our cruise was not great (to say the least) but we still enjoyed exploring the fjords (the sun came out briefly as we ran into the ice sheets), and learning about the way people live, eat and work in this challenging environment. The heavy snowfall which began mid morning was quite a novelty for us though it did make walking around on the deck a little risky. And given the conditions we didn't see any wildlife apart from a porpoise or two off in the foggy distance. But none of this was the the cruise operators fault, and the staff were great. Making the best of the challenging conditions, they persevered with the onshore presentations and made sure everyone was safe getting on and off the boat as the weather deteriorated. It was freezing on the island but it was interesting to see the fishing facility and drying racks and to have the opportunity to taste some of the fish.

Unfortunately cancelled at short notice - Unfortunately, we were informed on the ship that the tour was not taking place. Information from TripAdvisor had been stored in the app the day before, but without a push notification or email. Very annoying and a shame. At least the money was refunded immediately.
