• Tromso Fjords - At the beginning of the tour, your guide will analyze the weather forecasts in order to predict the best area for this outdoor activity.
  We will then set off aboard our capable 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser for a scenic drive along the fjords and valleys on the surrounding islands near Tromsø.
  Once there, depending on the weather and terrain conditions, you will be provided with the necessary equipment to go for a walk or a light hike in order to get to the most scenic locations, admire unforgettable views, get some great photos as souvenir and enjoy a warm lunch before heading back to Tromsø.

Traveling in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser, participants will explore some of the most stunning areas the Tromsø region has to offer. Depending on the weather, the guide will select a safe and enjoyable trail around Kvaløya island or across the mainland from Tromsø. Spectacular vistas are assured no matter the route!

The adventure continues with a scenic, easy hike to untouched landscapes, mountain lakes, and breathtaking views.

When snow blankets the ground, ice crampons or snowshoes, walking poles, and foot and hand warmers will be provided. Participants should bring their own waterproof hiking boots. The guide will capture photos of the group and the landscape, but bringing a personal camera is encouraged!

An outdoor picnic with a view, featuring warm soup, cookies, and hot drinks, will provide warmth while enjoying the wild Arctic before returning to Tromsø.

• This tour is not suitable for elderly participants, people with any injury, sickness, movement disability, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches. It is an active tour.
• You must be in good physical shape to walk at least 500-1000 meters on uneven terrain that will be snowy, icy, wet and slippery
• This tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Make sure you wear warm and water resistant clothes and have an extra layer with you and shoes/boots that are suitable for winter hiking and snow.
• If you are travelling with kids younger than 13 or shorter than 150 cm, please enquire for a private tour option.
