Awesome daytrip from Hurghada to Cairo with Museum, Nil, Pyramides and Papyrusfabric. Only me and one driver. Perfect! - I had the best day. From HRG to Cairo and back on one day , Museum, Pyramides, Nil, Papyrusfactory and some wonderful food. Best driver: Ahmad Muhammed. Safe and totally friendly.

Very good - Very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable van. Good and snot drive. Driver was in time and the duration of the trip was as scheduled.

Cannot be trusted - We had booked a private transfer for a family of 4 from El Gouna to Cairo. Everything confirmed. I have full documentation. But the minibus never came. And Sempre Travel stopped responding on phone, WhatsApp and email. They cannot be trusted and you should not book any trip with them. We could not get to Cairo and lost thousands of USD in hotel and new travel expenses.

Must read before using this platform!! - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR PLATFORM!! Worst experience of my life. They left us completely stranded in Egypt. The operator didn’t show up and their response was they would process a refund. They didn’t help us resolve the problem and their customer service was appalling. Do not use this service or this platform if you have connecting flights you have to catch. I can’t strongly warn anyone enough about avoiding this. This caused us major travel problems and they didn’t help us out at all. They basically said sorry, figure it out!! Total joke in every possible way!
