1. To book with us, please provide the following details:

   • Your flight number
   • Your flight time and date
   • The hotel name or address you wish to visit
   • One first name and last name

2. Stay in contact with us to receive photos and videos of the meeting point.

3. Locate us outside gate number 13 at IST airport, holding the sign R99, and inform our staff of your first and last name. It would be helpful if you can connect to Wi-Fi and maintain communication with us.

4. Our staff will contact the driver and guide you to the vehicle.

5. The driver will be informed of your destination and will take you there directly.

6. Please note that the transfer is one-way. If you require an airport transfer from the hotel to Istanbul airport, you will need to make a separate reservation and provide the pick-up point (hotel or address).

7. This service is available for airport pick-up or drop-off from IST airport to/from Istanbul city center districts (Beyoglu, Sisli, Fatih, Besiktas).
