Lovely made play area for kids in Istanbul! - We had the chance to have a look inside the Nickelodeon Play shortly after the opening. We stayed at the Rixos Tersane which is directly next to the area. It’s a great place for families and kids. We did not travel this time with our kids, but they would have loved it definitely. We will come again around summer time with our kids to visit the Rixos Tersane so our kids can have fun at the Nickelodeon play area as well.

Very Disappointing experience - I am very disappointed with our experience. I booked our visit through Tripadvisor and received a booking confirmation email. When we arrived at Nickelodeon Play Istanbul, I showed the staff my confirmation as proof of purchase. However, they told me they had no record of my booking and refused us entry. They asked to see my bank transaction, which I provided immediately. Despite showing both the confirmation email and proof of payment, they still refused to let us in. It was an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation, especially as we were trying to resolve it on the spot. In the end, we had no choice but to leave. The most upsetting part was that this visit was meant to be my daughter’s birthday present. She was extremely disappointed and left in tears. I understand that booking errors can sometimes happen, but the way this was handled — with no solution offered and no effort to accommodate us — was very disheartening. I hope management looks into how third-party bookings are handled so no other family has to go through this. Very disappointing experience.

Not Recommendation - They have a size limit for watching shows, a size limit for a lot of things, and if your kid is under 100 cm, he can’t use it. Absolutely not worth $2000. A size establishment should be priced accordingly and informed beforehand. Our doctor, who measured my son's height at 106 cm, insisted on measuring him at 98 cm by nickelodeon. Not Recommendation
