- Togenukijizo Kogan Temple - Visit Kogan-ji Temple. It is about a 10-minute walk from Shinsei-ji Temple. Guests will wash the Bodhisattva statue and pray for health and long life, which is a very unique experience. On the way to this temple, guests can find unique street food shops and enjoy street food.
- Rikugien Gardens - Visit Rikugien Garden. It is a 1-stop train ride and a 12-minute walk from Sugamo Station, or 10 minutes by taxi from Sugamo Station. Rikugien Garden is a huge Japanese garden called the “Garden of Waka Poetry” with 88 view spots. The garden was designed in 1702, about 300 years ago, by a samurai king. It was designed as a small world with 88 viewpoints, such as the sea, mountains, rivers, ponds, waterfalls, forests, etc. In the garden, you can enjoy Japanese tea and sweets at a good viewpoint, sitting in the same area as the samurai king. Komagome Station is the tour’s closing point, about a 10-12 minute walk from the garden. Guests can return to the Tokyo center area from Komagome Station.

The guest will enjoy a brief hike and the challenge of discovering these viewpoints, with the possibility of finding 20-30 of them.
At the garden’s tea house, while seated on a bench and sipping Japanese tea, the guest can immerse themselves in the life of a Samurai lord, surrounded by breathtaking views.
After completing the Rikugien tour, the excursion concludes at Komagome Station, a 10-minute walk from the garden.
