Additionally, there will be opportunities to observe the area’s diverse wildlife, including alligators, numerous bird species, basilisks, monkeys, sloths, and more. The forest’s biodiversity is incredibly rich, but it is important to remember that these animals are in their natural habitat, and sightings depend entirely on nature’s generosity. The guide will navigate the channels, providing insights and revealing the hidden secrets of the area.

During this excursion, you’ll cast aside any concerns, unwind, and savor the vastness of Costa Rica’s highly humid rainforest.\n\nKey points to consider:\n\nCanoes are petite vessels designed to hold no more than 8 individuals each (typical paddle-operated canoe). It should be noted that paddling is optional, as the guide can undertake this task for you.\n\nWe present three distinct times for embarking on the journey, but we suggest the 6:00 am slot because the wildlife is typically more lively and the climate is most favorable.\n\nShould you bring along your camera, don’t forget to bring some form of waterproof protection.
