• Masera di Padova - The tour begins with a visit to Antonella’s dairy, where she will introduce you to her farm, home to cows and goats that provide the milk for her delightful cheeses. You will discover the entire process from milk to cheese, explore the production lab, and visit the aging room. Antonella will conclude with a small buffet featuring her cheese and other local delicacies, including bread made from organic wheat, honey, organic vegetables, and more.
• Villa dei Vescovi - The journey continues to the picturesque Colli Euganei (Euganean Hills), a protected regional park celebrated for its stunning landscapes and numerous vineyards. Our destination is Villa dei Vescovi, a magnificent Renaissance building in the region. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the villa at your leisure, immerse yourself in Italian history and art, enjoy a glass of wine or an aperitif under the “portico” adorned with its original “affresco,” and admire the breathtaking views.
• Valnogaredo - Leaving Villa dei Vescovi, we will proceed to a local olive oil mill where Paolo and Pierangela’s family will guide you through the lab where they produce oil from local olives, explaining the entire process of creating exceptional Italian olive oil. You will also participate in an oil tasting to learn how to distinguish different oil qualities. Here, you can purchase and order your favorite Italian olive oil.
• Galzignano Terme - Our final stop is Galzignano, where you can unwind at the thermal baths, relaxing in the hot waters sourced from 3000-meter deep springs. Choose to soak in the therapeutic pool waters, enjoy the sauna, or simply lounge on sunbeds, surrounded by a lush golf course, sipping a drink while taking in the scenic hills.
