Brilliant kayak trip around the geo park! - Brilliant morning kayaking. Kieran was a great guide, very informative about the geology and wildlife. Loved trying foraged seaweed and rock samphire. Highlights were seeing a seal eating a freshly caught fish and toasted marshmallows on the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family!

Fabulous Experience Not To Be Missed! - Truly the highlight of our week visiting Torquay. One of the best ways to soak in the natural beauty of the area and highly recommend this particular kayaking tour. Kieran is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful throughout. Everything you need is provided including wet gear/protection. Kieran shared great info on the local area, landscape history and wildlife. The Beach stopover with toasted marshmallows was a nice add on touch that even my 17 year daughter & I enjoyed :) Couldn't have asked for more from this experience and hopefully will have a chance to enjoy it again. Don't think twice and book this; you'll be very happy you did!

Kayaking a beautiful part of England. - I went on the tour with my 14 and 10 year olds. The guide Kieran was great with the kids. Kayaking into the caves was the highlight! And seeing seals, peregrine falcons, cormerants and other birds. Definitely recommend, we learnt a lot including local history, geography, and which seaweeds are edible! Tasting was optional!

Great kayaking along a beautiful coastline - Absolutely the best kayaking experience we have had. We typically go on guided kayak trips (for the past 10+ years) at least once a year and this was by far the best we’ve been on. What to expect: We parked at Babbacombe cliff cafe - the scones and toasties are serious there and worth a visit after kayaking. It’s a walk or ride down to oddicombe beach where Kieran was waiting for us. Here we got kitted out with kayaking gear and had a brief but comprehensive run through kayaking safety / technique and packed snacks etc into dry bags. After carrying kayaks down to the beach Kieran launched us into the water, checked we were good and off we went exploring caves, looking at the extensive geology of this bit of coastline and getting up close but not too close with seals and a variety of wild birds. Add in a stop on the beach and this was just a brilliant way to spend a day. Not too strenuous in terms of physicality and just really enjoyable being out on the water exploring the coast. Kieran is great company and clearly very knowledgeable about the coastal wildlife and about kayaking. A brilliant experience all round - highly recommend. We travelled up from Salcombe and it was well worth it!

Fantastic morning kayaking - We did a kayak tour with Kieran today- considering it was November we had amazing weather lovely calm sea and blue sky’s. He was very informative and friendly- we got to see sea birds and seals and stopped on a beach to look for fossils and toast marshmallows! Kieran had lots of knowledge on local history and geology- a great morning! A great activity all year round.

Fun and memorable experience for outdoor lovers - Great family adventure. Our guide, Kieran, shared lots of interesting facts about local geology and wildlife, but the highlights for us were kayaking through the caves and trying foraged seaweed and samphire. Really memorable experience and a holiday highlight.

Excellently guided sea kayak tour. - An excellent tour, informative and enjoyable. Great equipment and plenty of specialist clothing supplied. Kieran is as enthusiastic as he is knowledgeable about the coastal area. Respectful of the environment and local ecology, we saw seals without encroaching and they then followed us out from the beach. Very relaxed tour with all abilities being catered for and getting the most from their time exploring the coastline. Highly recommended and will be booking again.

Lovely afternoon! - We had a lovely afternoon with Kieran. Just the three of us and perfect conditions. We really enjoyed learning about the geology (and I’m a geologist!), and the wildlife, and seeing the coast from the sea. We’ve done some paddling over the years but not for a while and it felt like far enough to feel as though we’d done some, but not too far for our rusty muscles!
