Off season bliss. No queues. Great tour! - A great way to see Niagara Falls! We were picked up by Bernard, who was a super driver and guide, providing lots of useful local and historical information as we travelled from Toronto to Niagara Falls. His instruction on where to be and when to be there was clear and without ambiguity. He checked multiple times that the guests on the tour understood the instructions and how to get the best out of their time on the tour. This included being mindful of pickpockets and the length of time it would take to do each part of the tour. We took a helicopter across the falls (optimal extra) which provided really breathtaking views and being able to see the expanse of the water ways. We then took a trip behind the falls before heading onto the Hornblower, for a ride across the basin. Top tip: wear waterproofs under your poncho because unless you sit inside the boat, you will get drenched. Keep your poncho on as you walk back to your meeting point as there is offer spray from the falls reaching the promenade. Bernard was on time to each pick up and drop off location, but unfortunately on our tour we had three awful French guests travelling with us who were disruptive, and rude, the entire time. They disregarded Bernard’s advice and request to be on time, tried to sneak into Journey Behind the Falls by claiming they didn’t understand the ticketing options (but they clearly did) and they delayed departure from the Flower Clock because they were smoking (and stank the bus out). Other than these awful guests, we had a great time on this tour. Tips: we went off season, so it was very, very quiet. I’d highly recommend this as I imagine in the peak season you’d be packed in like sardines and would have little time to really appreciate the views and experiences.

Amazing Fun-Filled Day! - Amazing day!! The weather was warmer than I expected so it was perfect for being at Niagara Falls! The ride to get there was very exciting and relaxing at the same time. I like having my own space and being able to take my luggage while I waited to check-in. They were so nice, friendly, & accomodating when I messaged beforehand so I knew I was more than thrilled to go. Our tour guide Afsheen was so nice and very knowledgeable about everything and made the tour even more pleasant! I learned so much on this trip and on the ride back to the city, I was already looking to see when I can come back. The other guests were also friendly and I did not feel left out traveling solo. I enjoyed it so much and I look forward to the next time!! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Experience! - My mother and I had a great time. Our tour guide Bernard was wonderful. We learned alot about the culture and historic value of Toronto, Canada. We saw many vineyards and took a scenic ride through the area. Throughout it all Bernard helped us resolve any concerns that we had and it made the trip feel safe and worthwhile. The horn blower was an experience. I got soaked with water from the waterfall but I left with a smile on my face and a memory of a lifetime. Definitely worth it.

Great Tour - Excellent tour driver/guide for our trip to Niagara Falls. We stopped at the quaint village of Niagara on the Lake, then did some maple syrup tasting. We had about 3.5 hours at Niagara Falls, which was the perfect amount of time. I highly recommend the tour behind the falls. We spend about 1.5 hours on Carlton Hill. Fun time had by all. We were dropped off a little after 5 p.m. in Toronto.

Niagara in November - It was a very good tour and I enjoyed every bits of it. Due to train delays I was late at the arrival point and although I notified the tour organiser, the did not see my message on time, our tour guide still decided to wait for me and I managed to participate at this amazing tour. I would really recommend this tour especially there is a lot included in the tour which was nice and the free time was enough to visit the neighborhood.

A once in a lifetime tour! - Yesterday, we had the delightful opportunity to embark on a tour guided by Bernard, and it was truly fantastic! Bernard's expertise added immense value to our day trip to Niagara Falls, and our family gained a far richer experience, and far less stress, than if we had attempted the journey on our own.

Worth it. - Had plenty of time at the stops along the way. There was a mandatory tip that wasn't listed which would have been nice to know up front because I usually don't carry cash, but I did happen to have enough on me. Driver was kind enough to drop us at our hotel as we were the last stop and last ones left.

Don't book it - They didn't take us to all the places that they had listed on the booking page, one time the driver forgot to close the storage compartment door on the bus and drove off. And they charged us more for the niagara boat tour just because they bought it for us. Overall I do not recommend this, plus they merged many other tours together.
