Nice tour around the harbour. - A nice one hour ride around the harbour. We did think that the person on the mic could have been a little more informative and easier to understand. Slow down, speak clearly and check your script for proper pronunciation. The loud music between short chats was a little much. All fine, we just thought more info would have been awesome. And a script would def help that We also wondered if the chairs should all be faced forward instead of in rows facing the windows and if you aren’t on the right side you have to sit on the side of your chair. We did this as part of our city pass. Well worth it.

Great cruise - Nice visit, lots of information given a bit quickly to my taste. The guide spoke very fast at first, then several minutes ago without information, so the information could have been given more slowly. Very good in general, accurate and interesting information! Bravo.

A good option rain or shine but would be more enjoyable on a nice, sunny day - It was a cold day so riding inside was necessary. Seating is rows and rows of rickety chairs. The tour is of the harbor only so sitting on either side of the boat is fine because the whole ride is just a small loop around the harbor. There was some commentary about buildings and things which could have been more interesting/ funny. I think we would have enjoyed it more from outside on a warmer/ sunnier day.

Not Accommodating for Older Family Members - If you're traveling with an older or a disabled person get to the meeting point extra early. We arrived as instructed on the ticket and my elderly family member was forced to stand. When I asked for accommodation or a seat for her, I was told there was nothing they could do. (Even though there were people "holding seats" for children who were choosing to stand or walk around).

Avoid city cruise and city pass Toronto - I would not recommend. There were space available for my family, but because we were city pass holders which included the City Cruise we were unable to use city pass and would have to pay for the cruise once again. Very unethical. I do not recommend city pass Toronto or City Cruise.
