- Niagara Falls Canada - Niagara Falls consists of three waterfalls at the southern end of Niagara Gorge, straddling the border between Ontario, Canada, and New York, USA. The largest, Horseshoe Falls, spans the international border and is also known as the Canadian Falls. The smaller American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls are located in the United States. Bridal Veil Falls is separated from Horseshoe Falls by Goat Island and from American Falls by Luna Island, both situated in New York.

Great day trip from Toronto - It really is a worthwhile trip from Toronto. For us the weather was excellent, too, clear sky and sunny the whole day. The bus was good but the driver, Mr Andrew Graham, made everything far more enjoyable. He knows a lot about Toronto and all the areas around, his geography and history knowledge is very impressive. We learned in 1 day a lot more about the city and about Niagara Falls than we knew from school or personal reading. The Falls are far more impressive in reality than in any movie or video we had watched. The stop at the winery on the way back was also a big plus. Everything was well organized but again, having a good guide makes a difference. In the summer it would be probably even nicer as the option for the boat ride is open, which wasn't the case now, due to the weather. However, winter has its own pluses and offers unique views. All in all, this day tour is worth the time and the money.

Be sure to book the Niagara Falls boat ride - Niagara Falls is amazing. Be sure to book the boat ride too, although we stayed inside to avoid getting drenched. Blaine was an excellent guide; very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned more about the falls than I would have if I had rented a car and driven there. Niagara on the Lake is a cute small town, but not sure it was worth the extra time it took to go there.

A Fabulous Day at Niagara Falls with Nikki & Issac! - We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our tour leader, Nikki, was absolutely fabulous , so friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. She kept the atmosphere light while making sure everyone had clear instructions, which helped the tour run smoothly. Isaac, our driver, also did a fantastic job getting us around safely and keeping the bus at the perfect temperature , a small but much-appreciated detail.
The tour itself was exactly as described. We lucked out with a beautiful day and felt the timing at each stop was just right, allowing us to really enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
The only minor hiccup was a moment of confusion at the start when a guide from another bus was a bit short with us while we were figuring out which bus to board. A little kindness would have gone a long way in that moment. Could have just let us know our bus would be around within a few minutes. That said, once we were with Nikki and Isaac, the day was nothing short of terrific.
I’d highly recommend this tour!

A great trip - The tour guide, David, was great. So knowledgeable around the history and also entertaining.
We really enjoyed all parts of the tour.
Because of other passengers disrespect for keeping time we lost 30 minutes of time at Niagara on the Lake. 7 passengers turned up for the bus when we left the falls 40 minutes late, with no apology at all.
If you attend this tour be fair to others and be on time.

Good experience. My only... - Good experience. My only complaint was the bus ride home ended up being an additional 45 minutes due to traffic. Although there is nothing that could have been done to prevent that issue. It would have been helpful to know in the description that Niagara Falls is about 1.5-2 hrs from Toronto

Great coach trip and staff, but spoiled by selfish late arrivals condoned by the operator's HQ - We enjoyed a good tour thanks to Nikki our tour guide, and Isaac our coach driver, who did an excellent job throughout the day. Everything went very well until their HQ stepped in to direct our coach to pull into a shopping mall about 10km from the city, and to wait for two individuals who had failed to be at the Union Station pickup on time (in actual fact we left there 10 to 15 mins after the scheduled departure). Our coach with 40+ passengers onboard was forced by the HQ to wait for about 30 mins until these two selfish and inconsiderate individuals arrived in an Uber to join the coach! The fare rules clearly stipulate a grace period of 5 mins on departure times, yet we all had to suffer because the company chose to bend the rules for two selfish individuals who clearly had no respect for the rest of us. The rules are there for a reason, and customers have a right to expect that they will be applied fairly. That certainly did not happen on our trip.
