Niagara Falls was amazing!!! - Absolutely incredible experience touring the Canadian side of Niagara Falls! From start to finish, this tour was top-notch. Our driver, Isaac, got us there safely and comfortably, and was friendly the whole way. Our host and guide, Cari, was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what she does—she made the whole day come alive with great stories and tips. Her assistant, Steven, was equally fantastic and made sure everyone in the group felt looked after.
The Hornblower boat ride was a thrill—getting right up to the base of the falls and feeling the mist and power up close is something I'll never forget. Journey Behind the Falls was just as amazing, offering a completely different perspective from the tunnels and observation decks.
If you're considering this tour, don't hesitate. Cari, Steven, and Isaac made it unforgettable. Five stars all the way—thank you for an exemplary day at Niagara!

Exceptional Family Day Trip – Highly Recommend! - We had an absolutely incredible day trip to Niagara Falls with Queen Tours Niagara on May 22nd, and we cannot recommend them enough! If you are planning a visit to the Falls, booking with them is a must.
Our itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences that our whole family loved:
The Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour: Getting right up close to the roaring water on the boat cruise was an exhilarating highlight.
Helicopter Ride: The aerial views of the Falls were breathtaking and worth every penny.
Maple Tasting: A wonderful, delicious touch that added a great local flavor to our day.
A massive shoutout to our tour operator, Tracy! She was incredibly friendly and helped seamlessly arrange absolutely everything during the tour. Her excellent organization made the entire day smooth, stress-free, and pure fun for us.
If you want a perfectly managed, high-energy, and memorable Niagara Falls experience, do yourself a favor and book your trip with Queen Tours Niagara. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Niagara Falls Boat tour - We had a great time on the 8am Niagara Falls tour this morning, guided by Tracy, and driven by Vito.
It was a fantastic 8 plus hours. Tracy was extremely accommodating and waited for us this morning due to our lateness.
She had all the non-tour sites identified for us, pointing them out left and right as Vito was driving.
I'm not sure if this is standard, but Tracy gave the other passengers ample chances to join in on the Behind Niagara portion, which several did (maybe all of them?). She even took the time to buy them their tickets while we were doing our own thing elsewhere, so they would be able to join us upon arrival.
We also appreciated Tracy and Vito dropping us off closest to the boat harbor, which saved us alot of walking in the raining distance.
Rain is as rain does, but Tracy and Vito kept us on time for each stop, with Tracy making known whom was missing before we were able to depart each stop. I think this enabled the passengers to look in their areas, in case they saw someone not there. And she made sure we would not leave anyone behind.
The rain sucked, but we had a great time. Thank you Tracy and Vito.

Amazing tour! - Well thought out and timely. The bus arrived on time and Cari greeted us all. She was great at communicating what was to come and giving us fun facts along the way. She was funny and tried to help all guests the best she could. We purchased tickets for another tourist site and she made it a point to point it out so we knew how to get there. Very thoughtful. The bus was comfortable and the driver (can’t recall his name) did an amazing job as well. Very smooth ride. Strongly recommend this tour.

do it!!! - Booked through Tripadvisor! Planned this for a friends bday trip. I did the tour with access to all the attractions and i thought it was money well spent. If you choose one thing to pay for let it be the boat ride to niagara falls, its unreal. Mr. Suresh used our phones/cameras to take pics of us which was so nice of him.

We just got back from the Niagara Falls tour with Queen Tour Niagara, and wow, what an absolutely magical experience!
A huge part of that was our incredible guide, Marian. From the moment we boarded, Marian set the warmest, most welcoming tone.
She was packed with fascinating knowledge about Niagara Falls and the surrounding area, kept us entertained and laughing throughout, and had a gift for storytelling that made every stop feel alive.
You could tell she genuinely loves what she does and that energy is contagious.
If you're booking this tour, ask for Marian. You won't regret it!

Stunning experience - Amazing natural wonder. We took the boat trip which was such an experience, absolutely stunning. We also did the behind the falls walk which in our option wasn’t that great. You walk to a viewing platform and then through some tunnels and look out behind the falls. I was hoping for a better experience from the behind the falls. However absolutely recommend the boat tour. Guide was great and friendly. The bus was a little old and for a two hour journey it was very noisy. Overall a very enjoyable day
