Great tour - Loved this tour, Haron was an amazing guide very knowledgeable and funny. The niagara falls are beautiful, definetly worth it!

Airlink Niagara Falls Tour - My friend and I had a great time exploring the Niagra Falls. The day of the tour we decided to do the boat tour and going up the Tower. Our guide Haroon helped us booking the two activities and made sure everyone had a good time. He also gave us the chance to ask plenty of questions and gave us great recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed the trip and the additional activities.

Niagara Day Tour - Big shout-out toHaroon! He is an amazing tour guide and driver. All plans in the itinerary were all covered and he was able to explain the things to do and coordinated the activities ahead of time. With that being said, things went smoothly. The cruise, the journey behind the falls, the zip line, and the free tasting are a must thing to do.

Great one day tour to Niagara Falls - Great one day tour, thoroughly enjoy the time at the Falls, where we had plenty of time to cover the areas and main attractions. Our guide also give us great tips to ride the boat. Recommended 👍

3 out of 5 stars - Firstly, this wasn’t my initial Niagara Falls tour I wanted to sign up for but my first choice with more 5 star reviews was sold out for the date.
Why 3 stars. Here’s my complaint. Our trip was on Friday Oct 4.
On their TripAdvisor site, they state under 35 people (small group) and that was a lie. We had a bus of 50. Why do I know it’s 50? Because the tour guide said so.
So our driver did show up at 1030 am at 20 Bay St.
The way you enter the bus, is he calls out your group name. Then you enter and get a red lanyard. Order is unknown but he calls groups of 2 and single tourists to get in the bus. Sadly, our name was called in the end so as we walked inside the bus, many of the single tourist had seats with one next to them unoccupied. Me and my wife sat on the 2nd to the last row.
Issue with sitting in the back, the tour guide. A tall Indian guy would talk from the front of the bus and people in the back couldn’t hear him. Even worse when people sitting are talking while he’s talking. That’s why I didn’t get his name. The lady who was on the last row behind me was so upset that she didn’t hear a word he said, she said “use a microphone!”. Of course, he didn’t hear that nor did he have any device in the bus or a megaphone to talk.
Why 3 stars again, when getting out the bus and the tour guide, discusses the plan or agenda, he begins taking before the people in the back like us, can get what he said and he doesn’t repeat it to late comers off the bus.
As for the lanyard, it’s just for show . You don’t get a name badge and he gets its the end to recycle for the next groups so likely we’ve been using what others have had or held.
I can say the positives but you can read it on other posts. Just giving an honest review of why it’s 3 stars

Horrible - Horrible, stood at the meeting spot for an hr waiting to be picked up to being our full day out, and NEVER GOT PICKED UP. I had to call viator 3 times to get my refund and advise there is Noone picking us up. Ruined our day.
