A Glimpse At The Movie Magic - Our guide Winnie was on time with ipad in hand ready to show us the sights. We went from location to location watching film clips in the area where they were filmed. From The boys, to Suits to American Psycho theres bound to be something you have seen. Winnie also gave us some little bits of information regarding filming and how certain shots are made. If you like film and tv then this is the tour for you, the one thing I will say is that we did a standard walking tour of the city a few days before and there was a lot of duplication of the places we visited so if you intend to do tours, maybe just do the one especially if only here for a few days.

Highly recommend! So fun to see the film clips right in the places they were filmed. - Michael did a fabulous job on an extremely hot and humid day! We saw lots of sites in the city where they’d filmed shows and movies, and it was amazing to learn some of the tricks that were used to make Toronto look like somewhere else for these shots! We got to see clips from the shows at each site, then Michael explained some of the tech behind how they filmed and did the post production. Our tour stops were ordered in such a way that we got to duck into air con now and then to cool off, which was appreciated. Michael went above and beyond with our smaller group (it was just my husband and I that day), walking us past a theater my husband asked about since we were nearby! We learned a lot and had a great time - 10/10 recommend for all movie lovers, film geeks, and all curious about how they can use one cityscape to create endless worlds!

Interesting and fun - Very interesting tour with real examples of buildings and sites used on tv and in films, together with clips of the related productions so we could see how the site was « transformed » for the screen. Also included very interesting architectural and historical information. We really liked it, thank you!

Informative and fun - The tour guide knew a lot about the history of the movie business in Toronto and even a bit about Toronto history. The movie clips where a great way to visualize the areas being used in film.

Fantastic tour! - Fantastic Tour! Lucky for us the tour ran even if there was only two of us. Mike our guide had a wealth of knowledge since he works/ed in the industry. It was a great way to spend part of our day. Great to see some of the spots we often see on a screen in person instead. Addition of the video clips was a nice touch. Definitely worth a try!

Hollywood North Experience - Our tour guide Jacqueline was wonderful! She has extensive experience in the entertainment industry and she is full of stories and anecdotes. My husband and I live in Toronto but we feel like we have learned a lot from Jacqueline on the history of the downtown. We highly recommend this tour to others.

Excellent Tour/Terrific Guide! - As we were the only ones to sign up for that particular tour, we received the full attention of our host, Jacqueline, who regaled us with tons of information on film sites and the architecture of Toronto. We enjoyed talking with her and she was friendly, informative and fun! This is a "must-see" tour for film buffs, but actually anyone will enjoy it!

Kinda boring - Don’t bother. Not that interesting. Spend your money on a more interesting tour. Go to a Blue Jays game or shop.
