Look at Toronto from this perspective too - It was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Watching Toronto from the sky, from inside that small plane, is a completely different feeling. Our pilot was very professional and provided great information about the places we passed throughout the flight. If you want to feel the city at your feet, this 120 km tour is definitely worth the money.

Great flight but organization to review - I received a message an hour before telling me to show up 30 minutes before (just to get organized) and asking me my email to pay fuel taxes and other taxes right away if not no turn... do everything in a hurry... Then once that was done, another message telling me that the system directed me to a private tour in a 4-seater plane... old and that has nothing to do with the photo...

Overall Uncomfortable - Booked for what I thought was $98 a person. Turns out you are expected to pay an additional $150 upon confirmation to cover the plane fuel, which the office claims was included in the booking description. Due to weather, flight was delayed an hour and when my partner and I asked for an update and then eventually a refund, the copilot kept asking why we needed to leave and insisted that we could just come back another day. We attempted to call the main office to get a refund, as the people working the main desk were not affiliated with the booking company, and we were sent to voicemail. The flight overall was very uncomfortable and not romantic or comfortably intimate as advertised. The plan was old, my partner and I had to ride with a family of 4, the entire cabin was dirty and reeked of jet fuel, and (because if the weather) the flight was very rough and was only 30 minutes. After concluding our flight, the copilot offered to take the family's picture but not ours. He also made a remark about how we were "in such a rush." This was supposed to be a nice present to spoil my girlfriend with a surprise but we left feeling very disappointed.

This is a scam! Please read. - Do NOT book this. It is a scam. The photo you see in this add is not what you get. I actually do not think that plane exists. They emailed us offering us a private tour for 25 more each the day of. Showed us pictures it was a dinky old 2 person plane I said no. Then they call me a few hours before and tell us the plane in the picture is having :maintenance" so we have to take the dinky small plane or nothing. As if rehearsed, offered to let me take pictures in the " fancy one". I said fine. We get there, there are NO instructions on where to find this building. We walked all over asking people and nobody had a clue. I tried calling then several times and they dont answer. Finally someone told us where to go. We get there to find out there is nobody you can speak to. As its all done virtually. There was a captain just waiting for us. He took us to the "fancy plane " for pictures. This was a different plane. Looked old ans rusted like it has not been driven in a long time. The inside did not look like the pictures and I did not even bother taking pictures. On our way back to the dinky plane, I get a call from a women asking me for more money. A "fuel and fee" charge of 100 more. I was not happy. They have no problem calling you for money but will not answer their phones. We get to the dinky plane. Which looked like it was going to break at any moment, it was cracked on certain parts inside. It was a 45 year old plane. It was so small I was squished beside the pilot and my friend hardly fit in the back. Making the flight terrifying and neither of us enjoyed it. The captain asked it we wanted more time and I said no. I could not wait to get back. When we got back a driver took us to our car, he told me that people complain all the time , and that the plane in the picture does not exist and they just always tell people its under "maintenance " to sell them this instead. And ask for extra money. This is very clearly a scam. I would like to mention the captain was very friendly and I dont think had anything to do with everything. Please save ur money and do a helicopter tour instead.
