amazing and informative chocolate experience! - our experience was amazing! i can’t remember her name, but our tour guide with the flower tattoos was absolutely wonderful. she was so personable and we felt comfortable right away. thank you for such a unique experience! it was almost completely private for us when we got there for the very first tour, which was lovely. the price was well worth it and the length of the tour was just long enough where we didn’t get too hot. overall, the atmosphere was incredible.

Wonder interactive learning experience - This activity is fun, educational, and delicious. We enjoyed learning about the origins on cocoa, and the process of making your own chocolate. The staff is amazing, engaging, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed several of the different chocolate desserts options. There’s also WiFi available and makes getting an Uber much easier. Overall this experience was a highlight of our vacation.

Multisensory, fun, and informative!!! - My girlfriend and I LOVED the tour!!! Planeta Cacao is an intimate grove and kitchen where you make chocolate directly from the cacao tree! You do it all yourself with the guidance of the very helpful and knowledgeable tour guides. And of course, you get to eat it and sample all kinds of other ingredients and variations of the chocolate experience. But what's really cool is learning the history and meaning of chocolate: its discovery, its significance through the ages, and how it came to be what it is to us today The staff were wonderful!! Highly recommended!!
