Unpleasant tour of guide behavior - The tour was very unpleasant because of the behavior of the guide. He aggressively confronted teachers because a group of children made noises in the street, even insulting and pushing them. It's unacceptable for a professional to lose papers like that. Children are children and it is their responsibility to handle the situation with respect. The experience was completely ruined.
